Stopped in for dinner on Friday night. Started with the calamari - it was excellent! Ordered a pizza to split with my wife. This is where it went downhill. For a place claiming "gourmet pizza" this was very disappointing. Looked like it came from a grocery store freezer. The crust was decent, but overall it was not good at all.
The food was flavorful and delicious!!!... Best Italian I've found in the area and Annie, our server, was attentive, friendly and made us feel like family. Great food and a great atmosphere
The Zitti Felini was superb. The manicotti was drowning in sauce. The food was great. A bit pricey, but worth the money.
I give Fellini's one star for the managerial service. We went there as a party of 10 arriving at 6:30 p.m. We did not get our food until around 7:45 p.m.. My 10 year old son did not get his food until 15 mins after that, which was close to 8:00 p.m. And that point I asked the waitress that I wanted to speak with the manager because other people had gotten there after us and received their food before us. Plus the waiting was ridiculous. A couple of mins later, she comes back and says that they will not charge us for our son's meal. But I told the waitress that it was not about getting a free meal and I still wanted to talk to the manager. But the manager, Brett, never came and brushed us off which speaks volume of his managerial skills. He would rather be at the bar talking to people ordering finger food and drinks than to talk to a table that was easily spending over $300.Our waitress, Emily, was wonderful and attentive and also very apologetic. I believe that it was not fair for Emily to deal with issues that the manager, Brett, should have been addressing and taking care of since it is his duty to address any concerns from paying customers. I also believe that since we were the only Hispanic group there, it was a big factor as to why we were treated differently from the manager, Brett. He did not even offer an excuse or apology as to why he would not come to our table since we can clearly see him from where we were seated. This left us baffled that behavior like this continues to happen because of your race. I just want everyone to know that if you are not Caucasian, you will be treated differently. That is what was shown in this experience we had today. This left a very bad taste in our mouths and we will never visit this restaurant ever again. Everyone has been now warned about the manager Brett at Fellini's.*****Update: As to the reply from the owner, we never said he was sitting down at the bar drinking. We were shown the manager and he was at the bar talking to a customer. We were told that he was notified that we wanted to talk to him. Emily came back and she did not not know what to say to us except that they were not going to charge us for one meal. I told Emily that this was not about getting a free meal; it was about talking to the manager. He never came by our table. We were there a total of 2 hours. I want to make it perfectly clear that he ignored our request to talk to him. Instead he sent Emily to take a meal off the bill. FYI, re-read the review carefully. I guess being Hispanic doesn't pay off at this restaurant.***********

I really liked the decor and the atmosphere here, it felt relaxed and approachable. I found the old missmatched, chandeliers to be charming, even though they were a bit dusty. Our server was very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the bruschetta I got, it was a little different than what I was used to- it came with garlic, goat cheese, olives, roasted red pepper, and onion that you could assemble rather than a diced fresh tomato/garlic/other italian seasonings mixture. While I did like the greek burger I ordered, I was a little thrown off by the seasonings that were on it as it kind of made it taste like sausage to me, but I could tell it was made as it was described on the menu. My friends got the chicken parmesan and the new Orleans style pizza, which they seemed to like, though the one with the chicken parmesan said they wished it had some more seasoning in the sauce and had less liquid on the plate. I think in the future I will order one of their specialty pizzas, since they had quite a few that sounded really delicious and they are pretty reasonably priced. Overall, my experience here was good and I will come back again.
I’ve been going here for the past year and the staff and service have been absolutely warm and welcoming. The greek salad is absolutely amazing!!!! It’s honestly the best Greek salad with the homemade house dressing I’ve ever had.
Amazing grown up meal as always! Floss on these waiters and Cooks, become a regular, and you automatically gain norfolk cred. Cheers.
We went there on 3/6, was a beautiful evening with my family. The waiter was excellent, professional and nice. This is where the good things end.The food was terrible, we never leave food and both my wife and I were unable to eat it. I don’t know how you can make pasta that bad. So bland and tasteless, spaghetti from a jar would’ve been better. Heated frozen food would taste better. We ordered eggplant Parmesan and Ziti Alfredo. Didn’t feel safe feeding my toddler.DON’T don’t it.. and I guess you can’t trust google reviews either.
The food was great, the service was great, and the atmosphere was great. Highly recommend
