Girl taking my order seemed as though she was irritated people were ordering food to begin with she was on her phone and not very interactive. This was my first time at this place will not be going back. Farm fresh chicken is so much better.

Fast and accurate service. I was almost floored when the young lady called me Miss Lynne. I love a respectful staff. A great choice for those days I splurge and have fried food.

I got no Ketchup no legs was ready I had to go back in for a straw the bathroom was not in good condition and the season was not the same. I from the Virgin Island and I would never go back there. I would never tell anyone to go there. The owner needs to check this place out. PLEASE ?

I was only one in to place an order. 2 specials...the livers and gizzards. After I had been waiting and sitting 5 -7 minutes, somebody else finally came in behind my order and placed a big order. Then several others came in. I sat every customer that came in 45 minutes after my order and watched every customer that walked in get their orders...yet myine never surfaced. 45 minutes later or more, now there was nobody else I the restaurant again, I finally asked the teenagers running the place about my order. It took an hour to get my order. Now....facts...and sorry it was this way... because I am a teacher in that neighborhood, but I am of Caucasian skin color. The only customer that night with my skin color. This was an obvious racist and no accidental thing to happen...yet I remained positive and upbeat, and acted like the slight did not matter. However, if we are changing the world for a better place, shouldn't it matter no matter which skin color is on the receiving end of inequality and biasness? I will not go back to this particular restaurant again. And young teenagers should not be in charge of a restaurant by themselves.

I moved here from Seattle a month ago. I have ordered from this location via door dash 3 times. The food is always good. Today I thought I would drive over to the location. At first walking in I was shocked. The floor was filthy. You can order your food from the self service touch screen. It took a out 25 minutes. Not bad for a Sunday. We finally get our food. I noticed my dessert was missing. I stood in line. I didn't want to cut anyone off to ask where is my dessert? I get to the counter. I spoke politely explaining my dessert (key lime pie) was missing. She comes back and brought me lemon merengue. They didn't have the one I ordered and didn't communicate that to me. My wife ordered Mac n cheese with green beans. We check our food it was 2 orders of green beans. They were out of Mac n cheese. Why not just communicate with the customer? I asked for hot sauce to go. She said that's the only one over there you gotta use that one. She pointed at the hot sauce bottle that was poorly cleaned with drippings along the side. The hot sauce had about 30 cc left in the bottle. I want to say when i ordered at the kiosk it asked me if i wanted condiments. I ordered hot sauce and tartar sauce. I also had to ask for the tartar sauce because they forgot to put it in my bag. Very poor customer service. Her attitude was so rude when I asked for items I ordered and paid for. A guy walked up behind me and her tone was harsh. "you gotta speak up". There is no greeting when you walk in. The floors is filthy and customer service is terrible. Today was my last day visiting or ordering from this establishment. The food is good but the customer service is awful. Good luck ordering and actually getting what you order. Your order is basically a suggestion. They'll give you what they want not necessarily what you ordered.

I don't know why the longest busiest place in the area can't get employees with better attitudes the food is feather n fin so it has its own unique taste...most of the time fresh but u can't even get 2 packs of mayo.

Best fried chicken in town....worst customer service!! Was given incorrect order but did not realize till we got home...ordered 4 pc special, small mixed gizzards and liver, lemon merreign pie...was given 2pc special and pie...When I called Tidewater Dr store was told my husband picked up the wrong order..duh..the bag was handed to him!! Anyway we were told to bring the receipt, the order was still there...I mentioned i would appreciate having fresh chicken because by the time we would get back to the store the food would be cold..no problem bring the receipt...we get to the store and first thing "where's the 2 piece" no problem, its in the car..my husband asked again for fresh chicken and fries..He was given an additional 2pcs to make the difference.. the original 2pc was cold..he was rudely told it was cold because he "had sat outside in the car for 30 minutes"...(who does that???)..and they "weren't going to fix nothing else concerning that order "...We don't live around the corner and had driven all the way home, got comfortable, and had sat down to eat when we realized the error..we immediately contacted the store, and proceeded to drive back to the store...about an hour had transpired. Of course the food was cold.. this store is known for its rude customer service, however this is ridiculous...I've been in customer service my whole career and would never think to be rude and sarcastic to any customer...we were taught to make the customer happy not insult them, especially when its so easy to resolve the issue..VERY DISSATISFIED AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE..
