Very disappointed to have to even take the time to even leave this review, but it is warranted. I was the only person in the restaurant. Ordered 2 kids meals. Took me 20 minutes to receive it. Traveled in a storm to get this food for my kids. When my little girl opened her food she began crying, her hotdog she was so excited about was totally burnt, split open and withered/dry, this meal cost $8.99. Zero quality control, the cook who made this knew this was not edible. Who would put this in a kids meal and think this is ok? I'm calling corporate tomorrow. Very inconvenient to drive all the way back to have this corrected. My kids were very disappointed.
ATTITUDE, ATTITUDE, and More ATTITUDE, was apparently on the menu when I walked in and made and order to dine in and was given a bag to leave.The location was empty with only 1 customer eating but ALLL the tables and areas to eat were DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY and not being tended too as the immature young girl pretending to be cleaning wile listening to here iPhone headphones on connected to her phone in her back pocket.I had to find a way to clean down my own booth and waited for my food to be served, when she gives me a to go bag ans rolled her eyes when I corrected here about the order being dine-in.This was more than enough for me to request my money and leave but I chose to still give them a chance and honestly the king burger was absolutely delicious. And so was the Buffalo wings as well.So becareful with this location as it will disappoint with employees temperaments and unprofessionalism, but atleast the food was good.THIS TIME. We'll see next time.... maybe.
The gentleman that took our order was friendly and professional. That is the only thing that was good about this visit. The wait for the food was a little long, but understandable given the current labor shortage. The restaurant was not clean. Our fries came out cold. My boneless wings were extremely small and the sauce was flavorless. Way over priced. I'm a sauce and wing guy and not hard to please. I was very disappointed.
Service was slow but more than worth the wait. The burgers are even bigger than you would expect, all fresh ingredients, and the milkshakes are amazing. Can't wait to go again!! Bringing more friends!!

Fatburger nails the 'I need a Burger, but not a fast food burger' desire.Price: For around $19 you can relive my experience of a Large Burger with Swiss Cheese, an egg, and Chili paired with a Cinnamon Toast Crunch (Limited Time Run) Milkshake. Not exactly my ideal price point, but it rolls with the next bit.Taste: Great! I've never had Fatburger before today and the taste is what would bring me back. The chili on the burger was probably the most noteworthy thing because they didn't glop it on as per usual to make my burger a chili burger. The chili was proportional to the burger and did not seep out of the sandwhich like soup. The chili also tasted good and wasn't just a tack-on of bland tasting soup.Service: Upon walking into the establishment you are greeted with 'Welcome to Fatburger!' by the emlployees and your order quickly taken with questions quickly and effectively answered. This was my experience! My burger took about 20 minutes to come out paired with my shake. My table was clean before I sat down aswell.Again, the place was a great choice for dinner tonight and you won't be dissapointed. You will pay a premium for Fatburger though.
Waited 30 minutes for a cheeseburger. The cashier walked out for a snack after taking my order. I was one of four customers in the establishment. When I asked about my order the employees mumbled something unintelligible about waiting on something. It's a shame the service is so terrible because the food is actually good. Doubtful if I'll be back. do better.
we ordered our food my wife ordered the western bbq meal, fat fries with the maui banana shake, and i ordered the xxl with chili cheese skinny fires and a soda. and said to eat in and paid for it, while we were sitting down at a table and waiting the waitress came over and told us that they were now pick up (would have been better said to phrase it as to go only now) only because they were running out of items, i had no idea that meant we were going to have to take it with us since we were already seated and the doors had been locked. so we got our food and as we were eating it another employee came over and asked us that the waitress told us that they were now they were pick up only, and i said yes. i said so we need to bag up our food and leave, and she said yes. had i had known that i would have not waited for the order and would have asked for a refund minus the drink and the shake, especially since we spent $50 dollars on our meal for two burgers and could not even sit there and enjoy them. this is ridiculous, and very poor customer service, i could understand if it was closing time, but this was at about 7:30pm 1 1/2 hrs before they were scheduled to close, the food was great when we were sitting there eating it and it was fresh and hot and it was a 5 for quality, and now that we are home, is has gotten cold, the burgers were dry and the cold fries are not very tasty especially for how much the total meal was. this was a very bad first impression, and i will also say a probably a last impression. if i wanted to eat cold dry burgers and fries at home, i would have went to a fast food burger joint and spent about 10-15 instead of 50 dollars. i hope this is not the norm and like i said if i knew when we ordered that it was pick up only we would have left, it would have been better phrased as now all of our orders are to go due to running out of items. now i can say that i have probably been to fatburger twice, my first and last:(

Came in to check them out once I heard that Fat Burger was out here on the East Coast.Already was thrown off by the staff (ignorant, young kids who just didn't seem to care much about anything)but decided to give it a try.Ordered the Large Burger combo ,sat down and waited for my food to come.Was surprised as to how quick the food came out. The Fat Burgers back home (SoCa) usually take a while to cook because everything is fresh to order, well done.The fries have definitely been sitting around for quite some time. The burger was par cooked and everything from the toppings to the bun was not how Fat Burgers out home are.I also placed an order for wings and specifically asked for them to be cooked for 20 minutes. They arrived 5 minutes after my entree.Got a refund and am NEVER coming there again!!The service was atrocious, the food was DISGUSTING.Do NOT waste your money here and thank me later! You are better off going to Los Angeles and getting the REAL Fat Burger. Don't let this ruin a classic West Coast experience!
