Yaaa so apparently they close at 7:15 on Friday's not 9 , I called to make a carry out order and the being on the phone said "first off , we don't do to go order... we're closed! We open 11AM tomorrow " I informed the being of what I assumed was correct information from the google search of the establishment and ended the call .... It was very sassy ngl , very much unprovoked anger .
Don't let the store front fool u, it was by far the best, really the best steak and cheese I have in VA. And I came from outside NYC, where they make them great, so this was that good. Enjoy, also great rolls, and real steak, not steakems
store owner is rude, the store itself is dirty the Philly chicken tastes like can chicken meat. I was over charged for my meal. please check your receipt this place will jip you out of any thing they can jip you for. I will not be shopping here anymore. CAN MEAT PHILLY’S save your money.

Fat Philly’s is THEE BEST GEM ? in Norfolk, Va hands down! Better than Happy Shopper #19, Fins and Feathers and Chicasee, Mr. Nate and his sons are doing a magnificent excellent job in there! The food is incredible “BEST PHILLY CHEESESTEAKS” best wings and fries! We(wife and family I)stopped in bought 12 wings and a Philly to split?? WE NEVER MADE IT OUT OF THE PARKING LOT BEFORE I RAN BACK IN THERE TO ORDER 12 more wings and another Fat Philly Cheesesteak!!!!! Very very affordable prices and the CHEESECAKE IS SOMETHING SPECIAL!!! I see exactly why they’ve been open for 22years! 5 ⭐️ food 5⭐️ service too!

Absolutely delicious and filling food! Ordered the cheesesteak and the chicken tender combo and both were more then good...next VA I'll def be stopping by for another Fat Philly sandwich!

I have just recently found out about Fat Philly’s.. The food is amazing. The staff is awesome.. The prices are good. This is my new to go place. I loved the food every time I have been there. I have even gone twice in one day on several occasions.
Been coming for years it’s a staple for the norview neighborhood area the complaints I see is obviously under store/management rule. Other than that food quality is excellent all the time. I don’t slack when it comes to food
