I paid $80 for what I thought was going to be a half dozen cupcakes with 3d animal faces on them and stated that I would be there to pick them up between two and three. I got a call exactly at two in the middle of a severe thunderstorm warning asking if I was still coming. I told them I was waiting for the storm to die down a bit but would still be there on time. They said I was the last order of the day and needed to get there because they were leaving. When I got to the store, she brought out a dozen cupcakes with cheap flat printed images on little discs that may or may not have been edible. I didn't have time to find new cupcakes or have them remade since the party is tomorrow, so I just took them and left thinking at least they would taste good. Man was I wrong. I taste tested them tonight, and I could only get through half of one before I had to stop. The cake was extremely dry (almost stale tasting), the filling was a weird texture and didn't taste at all like the advertised flavor, and the icing was overly thick and too rich. I could have gotten better cupcakes for a quarter of the price almost anywhere else. I don't normally even leave reviews, but this experience was really terrible. I won't be back.

Absolutely fantastic and delicious! I have been much too busy to properly plan my husbands birthday, but i called Elite the day before and in a hasty 2 minute conversation they took all my info and created exactly what i hoped for! I really appreciate their patience with my disorganization. I had to send my husband to pick up his own cake, and whoever was there made a very heartwarming celebratory presentation of it. And , the cake is not only beautiful, but freakin delicious! We are so pleased to have Elite called in our neighborhood.

My boyfriend ordered a cake for our daughters birthday. We told them we wanted a pop it cake and sent them a picture, which they said they’d use for inspiration. The fondant was cracked and uneven, and they remade the pop it from the picture and just laid it on top of the cake. Then they iced the sides in matching colors and that’s it. I feel like they definitely rushed it and the older lady that works there was extremely rude. Zero customer service what so ever. When I walked in i had to say hello and tell her I was here to pick up the order. She didn’t say a word, walked back, grabbed it and let me view it from about 6ft away before putting it in the box. They never asked if we wanted anything written on it. When we originally placed the order, my boyfriend told her we wanted to order it and they didn’t say anything more. Didn’t mention paperwork or anything else. He called about 4 days later only to be told we didn’t fill out any paperwork work or anything like that and we would have to be fit in. Like it was something we were supposed to just automatically know to do. Again if they had any customer service skills, they would communicate with the customer about what needs to be done to actually order the cake. We paid $115 for a cake that had a fondant pop it thrown on top. The fondant was cracked and uneven, like they put a stencil down and then moved it but didn’t fix the original part that was cut out. It’s not the worst cake we’ve ever seen but definitely not worth the money we paid. We went home and added our own popits so that it at least looks like a pop it cake.
I made an order in 2020 and I had to cancel it, the lady told me I could walk in store and use the i store credit anytime. 2 years later in 2022 they still had the credit available, allowed me get 7 cupcakes with less than 2 hours notice too. Great service and the cakes are great too!

A wonderful bakery that's classy yet affordable. I needed a cake for my wife's surprise celebration and they supplied the most scrumptious strawberry tiered cake we've tasted. The cupcakes looked so tempting I had to add a half dozen to my order. They were delightful!
