I use to love this place after spending $30 on shrimp tacos and still not get my order right I’m highly disappointed because I’m not from here and this the only place I go to for Mexican food. I ordered shrimp tacos with lettuce tomatoes and cheese how can you get that wrong. They ask me to save the food while I’m out of town for three days for a store credit I’ll never eat at this restaurant again after 6 years of going there.
Went in to place a takeout order at a very slow time of the day. I wanted to substitute a salad for rice and beans and offered to pay extra. They wouldn’t do it. WTH! I’ve been here many times with same request for same dish and never had a problem. I would give 4 stars for the food based on past experience but if i could I’d give zero stars for service.
We come on sundays on a regular basis..just for a margarita.....l didn't look at the menu..but, was shocked to get the bill...a sm margarita was 7.99 vs 5.75 two weeks ago...and a lg was 11.99 vs 8.50...the on line menu reflexes the lower price..and we were charged for chips and salsa.that is always put on the table once you sit down...l dont even eat it...ever..I shared your new pricing on fb as alot of friends eat there...it was 10.00 us tax higher than usually...l wont come back, l hope they don't either...
So delicious! I really enjoyed their cheese dip. For dinner I got chicken and rice, one of the chef’s specials, And it was very tasty and very filling! Quick service and very nice servers. It was a great way to end our day and a great place for a good date! Will definitely be back!
Same decor for 20 years and rude woman answers the phone for take out orders! She understands English but repeats everything I say a different way like she is correcting me....?! She comprehends what I'm trying to order in English but I have to magically know the meal number to each combination on their menu?
We were placed in a small area, so we were not actively involved with other activities among the facility, which was good. Just did not get a enthusiastic, happy, smiling waiter. Food was good & hot as well as delicious & fresh.
It was just like the one in Hampton. They were FAST. Clean with nice service! My expectations were met.
Questionable billing practices. I am a Pastor and treated some of my church members.. The bill they gave me at the table after our meal did not show prices. They add the price at the register; however what's on the receipt doesn't match the prices on the menu. The receipt from the register had a multitude of miscellaneous unexplained charges. That's probably why they looked hesitant when I asked for the receipt. My first and last visit. Dishonest is my impression. You can make money from me once by being dishonest or a lifetime by being honest
I have dined here for 20 years and it has been pretty consistent over that time. Fast, friendly, and great food that is not going break the bank. Family friendly and great for friends to share a drink.
Went there for lunch and it was great! Had some lunch special. Service was awesome. The amount of food 7/10 even they already raised the price. But will return for next time
