Worst Dunkin I have ever been too. The manager is rude and treats her staff horrible. Gives customers expired milk and tells the staff not to change it out. Disgusting. Not to mention the inappropriate way things are handled at this location and how certain staff members can be inappropriate to other staff members and get away with it. Absolutely will NOT GO BACK to this location. Not a way to run a business at all.
I'm local, in the neighborhood, been going here for 18yrs. Used to be managed well but no anymore. The service is poor, the selection is small, and the cleanliness is terrible. I now drive out of the way to Krispy Kreme for my morning stop before work. Sad to say but it's been in this disheveled state for awhile now. I had hoped they could show improvement but that has not happened. Good bye DD.
Been here 50 plus times. Drive thru is always packed. The staff is friendly. They seem to have all changed since 19. It is always busy. Sometimes the food seems like it's a day old.
Wish I read the reviews first. The gals working were rude and the food was definitely not even close to being semi fresh. I would of gotten better donuts at Walmart.
Incredibly slow. The two girls working at 1030 am today were not quiet when complaining about the customers who were upset with the long wait. Both were rude when talking to anyone. All I ordered was a dozen donuts and when I started to tell her which ones she snapped at me that I had to pay first. Sorry I thought telling you what I wanted was part of ordering? Get home and these donuts are definitely not fresh, they're stale af and it's barely 11am now. I've had two day old donuts softer than these ones. I would rather starve than go back here.
Consistently messing up orders. Forgets items. Adds sweetener when asked not to. I choose Dunkin over Starbucks but this place is changing my mind.
Every time I go they are always courteous and outstanding premier customer service. They even go out of their way to make my coffee even if they don't have that flavor. They tell me the closest they have and its amazing. I would recommend them to anyone that wants to be treated with the most respect and get the best customer service you can imagine. My food is always hot and cooked just right. Thank you for being a place I can turn to for my iced or hot coffees.
Every Time I have visited this Dunkin Donut. They never have a variety to choose from. Maybe 2 . I had to purchase gift cards this time. I asked when they would make more donuts. The clerk stated, their not made hereOnly delivered . You could try 711 across the street. Enough said!
AVOID AT ALL COST!I go in there and they seem to “ran out” of donuts by 10am. In which is strange as any business that sees low quality then they have more in the oven to put. Anyways, my order is clearly easy. Bagel and mini bagels. The 3 customers behind me got their order first which required more work. After they looked at me they realized my order was already ready. When i got it, it was barely warm. And they forgot to add the most important part. I asked them for cream cheese and if i could buy more on the side. And they completely forgot about it! Now i drove 20minutes back home to just see my bagel without cream cheese. I had to throw that out. Its RUINED!
Very small and cramped, staff was friendly and food came out fast, but the quality or it was not the best.Our doughnuts were fantastic, but the wraps and drinks were not pleasant. My dragon fruit drink was loaded with sugar and made me feel ill later in the day.
