The girl working the window this morning at 10:20 was very unprofessional. I ordered 2 iced drinks. When placing the order I had to repeat iced 3 times and the sizes. They still got my order wrong. Honestly it wasn’t a big deal. They replaced the wrong drink with the correct order and I paid. Then the girl at the window stated that I told her hot and she wanted to point it out that I originally got what I ordered. This was completely false! I literally said it 3 times!! I didn't care that the drink she made us was wrong but I do care that she was having a bad enough day that she wanted to interrupt mine also!! I hope she had a wonderful day and want to let her know you only get back what you ultimately deserve. When you treat people disrespectfully and try to make points that are untrue it always come back. Karma!Terrible service!
I ordered the turkey egg and cheese on a croissant. My sandwich was delicious. I also ordered 2 regular glazed donuts but they didn't quite meet my expectations. I'll definitely return for the breakfast sandwich but I will not be getting glazed donuts from them again. Wawa's are much better.
If I could give zero stars I would. I repeated my order multiple times and when I double checked at the window it was incorrect. The worker in the bad acted like I just killed her first born child. She made the drinks passive aggressively and huffed and puffed. I get people have bad days but it was actually embarrassing to watch her act so childish. Maybe she was just in a silly mood. I’ll never know because I will never come back here again <3
The food is never bad nor has it made me sick, but more often than not my order is wrong. And there's about a 50-50 shot of getting friendly staff
Adjusted stars to reflect current status of restaurant. No gloves worn, no masks, no hand washing. Both employees eating/drinking behind the counter and in the lobby. Both employees on their personal cell phone. One sneezed behind the counter, didn't even try to cover their face. No cutlery to eat with. I asked for a fork and the lady who was leaned over on the lobby side of the counter says"we don't sell forks."
We went there around 2 PM IIRC. It seemed a little disorganized but the manager (or maybe she was the shift lead) helped sort that out. She had a very pleasant demeanor - diligent and patient.
Ordered two different medium coffees, and I received both in two identical, unmarked coffee cups. I opened each to see if I could determine which coffee was which, and one of the lattes was only filled to 2/3 the volume of the medium cup. The other coffee was filled completely. During the entire encounter I was incredibly friendly and kind to the staff, but did not receive kind remarks in reply. They acted as if they did not want to be working that morning. Not a great experience.
I'm a avid coffee lover and go out of my way most times to find this Dunkin Donuts store. This location didn't have my favorite hazelnut swirl and my order was not upto standard in my opinion as it lacks swirl and not enough creamer. My coffee was almost black.
I ? dunkin their French curlers are amazing. Anytime, my caramel Mac. Is on point!I just wish their donuts were warm.
The drive thru line was long when I got there but it moved swiftly. The cashier was neat, well groomed, and great. The parking lot was litter free. My daughter ordered some frozen caramel drink and loved it.
