I placed a mobile order for this location at 6:44. I drove all the way there and arrived at 6:55. When I got to the drive thru the voice box said they were closed. I was confused as to why they would be closed 5 minutes early especially when they know they had a prepaid mobile order. I called because my order was already paid for and they were not supposed to be closed yet. And employee answered told me to pull to the window where he proceeded to tell me they had shutdown for the day so not only could he not give me my drink but I could not get a refund either until tomorrow. I don’t live over there so I can’t go back and it took me a lot of expensive gas to get there. I’m just confused as to why they would shutdown early when they knew they had a mobile order to fill so now I’ve wasted excessive amount of time to get nothing not even a refund.
The only reason I’m giving this a two star not a one star is I don’t believe the delicious iced coffee from Dunkin should have to suffer from the results of the evil manager on duty lol I think she could’ve ended up getting a five star review if she would’ve just saved the delicious coffee at Dunkin’ Donuts has and try to have a beautiful day instead of being rude I hope she ends up having a great day
Certain people who work here are great then you have a few employees that are rude the other day I had a seizure in the place and I apologized even got them a thank you card. I went in their this evening to order a iced coffee and two of the employees act like I did something wrong. About a hr later I go to order my fiance a during and one of the employees tell the other employee that she wasn't fixing it for me and made me feel like I did something wrong even after I was reinsured that I wasn't banned from coming their they act like that all because I have a medical condition that I have no control over. And its a medical condition I've had since birth which is 41 yrs ago
This is the most wildly nice Dunkin location I've ever seen. It sticks out like a sore thumb with it's out of nowhere modern design. Otherwise, I mean the food and drinks are great, not much to report.
The coffee tastes like someone peed in it, roasted it in dollar store beans, peed in it again, and served it to me.
These guys bust it day in and day out weather they are short staffed or not they are trying to help and get the order out… the main guy in the window with the beard needs a raise and to be praised he is the best and give you the dunkin experience

There is sometimes friendly service and sometimes not so much. They do not always make it clear when they are ready for you to order, so I have seen numerous people just sit there at the menu in total silence waiting for a proper greeting. The line for the drive-thru always backs into the road. If you want to go here, plan on leaving early. If not, you might as well go to the Starbucks down the road. They have never messed up any of my drinks, though.
