I usually order online, and the donuts are always ready. I love the variety of toppings and designing my own. They are so delicious!!!
Always a great product. Short handed today but still the donuts were hot and fresh. The two employees behind the counter were fast and worked well with each other. Communicated with each other often. A good team.
We got a dozen of these Donuts while visiting from NJ! All I can say is I hope this becomes a chain! These take Donuts to a whole new level! Warm fresh and extremely friendly staff! We will be by tomorrow morning before we head home!
Nice tasting donuts. I like the creativity. The price is good. I’ve eaten at this location, the Chesapeake one, and the location in Maryland. Decent service in every spot.
I am not even a fan of donuts especially cake Donuts. These Donuts very different they are so delicious. I actually eat two Donuts. The maple frosting with bacon,heavenly!

Heard about Duck Donuts from so many friends and co-workers . Went on Saturday and they were very busy. The wait was a bit long but they hand make every donut . Nothing pre-made. You can custom make your donuts or choose from their selection. Hands down the Maple Bacon is the best donut I’ve ever had. The hype is real. Check them out.
Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Very slow workers on Saturday. "Janiah" the donut maker girl, had a MAJOR attitude problem, was very aggressive when I asked about my order, and created a scene when I asked for her name so I could report her. Also, the energy is always dead at this location, and people like Janiah kill the whole vibe. With her attitude she'll be making donuts for the rest of her life, hopefully not at duck donuts.
Always so good. On the day my daughter had her braces off, nextdoor at Hatcher & Frey, she received a free doughnut ?. What a great surprise!
