This location has gone downhill. Save yourself the headache and cook. I waited an hour for 3 pizzas and wings that were supposed to be delivered in 43 minutes. Checked the app and my pizza was still being prepared. Called the store to let them know that I’ll come pick it up (as it’s only 6 minutes from my parents house) and was hung up on twice without speaking to anyone and decided to drive there while on hold the 3rd time. There was ONE person ordering inside the store, mind you Im still on hold. A young man walks from the back to take my order. I asked him if the phones were broken as I was actively waiting on hold and was confused on why they had 2 individuals in the store for carry out orders but no one answering the phones or assisting with prep. He looked like a deer in head lights. My order STILL was in the process of being made. They don’t have to worry about my hard earned dollars again.
Do yourself a favor and go to a different location. Even if it’s over an hour away you will still get your food a lot faster. Absolutely do not try for the delivery, you will understand why after waiting several hours and they still haven’t contacted you about your order. And when you contact them do not expect them to care about the order you placed several hours ago. But I will say it’s probably a fun place to work, it has a dance club atmosphere. So be ready to speak very loudly when you go inside and don’t be afraid to start dancing. Saw several people breaking in down in the waiting room and behind the counter.I’m shocked this place is still open and hasn’t been shut down. But they must be doing something right, the bad reviews go back for years!
Second time ordering from this Dominos. A 5-Star experience all around. Ordering was painlessly efficient. The order was ready as soon as I arrived (piping hot, right out of the oven). Was greeted at the door by name by a very professional and courteous store Rep. The order was as ordered.This is my sole “go to” Dominos! I strongly Recommend. Thank You
The worst ever. Either they have no drivers to deliver or they take 2 hours to deliver. If you try to call you are on hold forever, and often they don't even come to the phone. If they cannot accommodate orders, they need to shut down or put up something on the website to notify customers. I've learned my lesson with them and will never order from them again.
I ordered my food for carry out tonight at 6:30 pm& arrived to my food being already prepared at 6:45 pm.I leave this store and get home realizing my pizzas weren’t cut through completely, we’re terribly unevenly cut & one of my slices had no toppings. I call the store back asking how this may be resolved, the employee on the telephone said my food would be remade & get a credit for my experience.I return to the store & speak to the manager I told her my issues, she refuses to give me her name & was rude. I showed her my pizza, how it was Not cut through properly, messy and not topped correctly. Her response was,”there’s more toppings on your pizza than you would normally get. Im not remaking your food.” I stood in awe for 30 minutes before an employee named Al who directed me with dignity & morals. He refunded my money & apologized for the manager.I just don’t understand why you have me come back to show you the mess of a pizza you should have pride in making, then deny my compensation.I am very disgusted with the service & experience that I had to report it to dominos officials. I was not surprised at how no one washed their hands, we’re not wearing gloves, touching their faces & devices & continued making customers food! Please fix this dominos get individuals like AL “LoKo” who want to make sure things are fair & appreciated.I had left when they told me my order had been voided. I shouldn’t have to wait an hour to be told we are unable to help you when you ask me to come back, just to not get my order.
I ordered boneless wings and a soda. I got bone in wings that are cold and no soda. I called in, first person told me to bring them up. Then I got screamed at by the district manager Charles telling me he would not send the boneless wings out even though they had to come back out. He argued with me til I told him I was calling corporate then he wants to give me a credit and extra dessert. He told me I would wait over an hour and refused my refund. All because he only had one driver. Never again will I order from this place absolutely horrible customer service. I feel bad for the delivery guy working for them!
I don’t even POST online reviews, but here we are…Last night, I decided to break my vow to never patronize this Domino’s location again. Ordered curbside delivery. The young woman brings my order out, doesn’t greet me, and basically shoved the boxes through the window and walks away (one of the sandwich boxes hit me in my face). They will NEVER get a dime of my money again.
The manager kevin was rude aggressive and has no idea how to time manage my food sat for over an hour and a half and he did not care. They also dont know how to make a pasta dish or a sandwich retraining is def needed. I will never return here or order from here again.
I tried to order pizza from here. I get told we don't deliver to you. I said you did before. So I get the store. Then I tell them there online is down. That's a joke. It's been down for at least a month. Then the manager tell me there is nothing she can do. We are a franchise. REALLY SERIOUSLY. DON'T WORRY I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN. RUDE RUDE RUDE
Yea, this Dominoes needs to be shut down or replace everybody that has anything to do with this store including the Franchise owner. They take forever to pick up the phone, can’t listen worst nothing, cancel your orders without letting you know, take an eternity to deliver the food (I’m a 4-5 minute drive away), oh and sometimes they don’t have a actual driver to deliver food.Speaking of the food it’s often hit or missed because it gets dried up for seating forever in the store. Based on the other complaints I’m reading I know I’m not alone with this. Generally speaking I would just suggest going to another Dominoes for your food but the problem with that is you would have to drive to them. Other stores tell me that can’t deliver to me because they are not in my Zoning area so they can’t come to me. The funny thing with that is they are also about 4-5 minutes away but that’s another story.With that being said THIS store needs to be evaluated because they are making delivering pizza harder than it should be. So my advise is to either Pick up your orders for now on (which still may be a problem with this store) or Pick up your orders elsewhere.
