Wouldn’t take my order to a hotel because Marriott Waterside isn’t a good enough descriptor of the location. They deserve negative stars.

Excellent customer service! Especially from Nate. Very cool guys 10/10 will recommend. Food was made on time and ready for pickup for me. Overall the experience from the phone call to order to pickup was flawless and amazing.

Fourth time in a row the store manager (Brandon) hasn't had the necessary people to carry out the business model of the store. Poorly managed with minimal problem solving from the leaders.

Pizza and cheesy bread is usually solid. Crust could be a little thicker but for 5.99 deals I can't complain.

Took my money via the app for a delivery order just to call me and tell me they weren't doing deliveries. Now they're holding my money for several days. If you aren't doing deliveries, turn off the ability to order for delivery. It's not hard guys. Won't be ordering here again.

Nate -- General Manager here deserves kudos ?!! He went above and beyond to fix an issue that a prior Manager mistake. He remade a pizza as well!!

Nathan the “manager” and the female who refused to give her name are just awful at customer service. They hang up on customers and don’t answer their questions, don’t order from your this place.

WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH DOMINOS AGAIN!My wife and I ordered a pizza and lava cakes from the Norfolk, VA location Store #8087. After waiting over an hour, we checked the "Tracker" that said the driver left the store with our order over 40 minutes ago (order was made an hour and 20 minutes at this point). My wife called the store, and was very polite, to see if something is wrong with the order. The woman on the line who said she was the manager said, "the tracker isn't always accurate." and hung up on her. We called again a few minutes later to complain and were told the address in their system is wrong so they cancelled it, even though our confirmation email shows the right address. She also said the driver called us (we have no missed calls). Then, once again hung up on us rather than offering a solution or apology. I went to the store to talk to the manager, Elizabeth, about the horrible their customer service. I told her I would be writing to corporate to Which she replied "have fun with that." I will never, ever do business with a place with such a poor attitudes towards customers.

Food was horrible. Nowhere to park and I always have a complaint about this place. It’s convenient because it by my house . Food is trash. I don’t even know how they receive me a 2.3 star oh my they need a 1.0 star. Manger needs to be fired , letting staff send that crap out .
