A couple days ago I ordered online and they gave me the completely wrong pizza. Took 10 minutes to get off hold. Got a credit for another day.Today I sat on hold for 27 minutes. Was told my order would be ready in 30 minutes. Stood here in the lobby for 10 minutes before anyone even made eye contact with me.Definitely won’t be back.
Most the orders haven't been within the timeframe shared when ordering. One I called on after the 2 hours timeframe passed to discover they were still going to be another hour to an hour and a half before they started it. We cancelled our order that time. I would assume they are understaffed right now. They do make the orders correctly though, there hasn't been any mistakes.And this is not this locations fault, but Dominos prices have gone up in general.
Past 6 months or so, I will place an order and it will take the better part of forever to get it here. But it does come, is accurate, and hot. Today however, they let me sit here 50 minutes until I looked and my order status and it was still in prep. I called and they tell me they have no more drivers and want to know if I want to come pick it up!!!! That order should have never been accepted into the system but In a world with text, email, and auto-dialers, there is no excuse to leave anyone waiting so long it is to late to order from elsewhere. This location used to be great, I don't what happened to it but WOW.
If you EVER EXPECT your pickup time to BE the ACTUAL PICKUP TIME=NEVER, NEVER, and I SERIOUSLY MEAN NEVER, EVER Order From THIS DOMINOS!! DON'T WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME WAITING for THIS Group of Employees to get your order Done Right!! I've been Burned TOO MANY TIMES by This Group of Kids that Think they Deserve $15/hr when They Show NO INTEREST in ACTUALLY DESERVING IT!!
Not worth the wait or the hassle of ordering a pizza from this location. Service is very slow and alot of mistakes. This location doesn't have enough experienced employees or Drivers.
I am deleting the app now because I wont be ordering from this Dominos while the current staff is there. Orders take extremely long to get done, employees yelling when I called to ask questions and the food is always messed up in some way. I tried this place out 5 times, no more!!
It’s not always about the quality of fast delivery but watching them work and all being very friendly to there co workers at the same time making perfection definitely the best dominos I’ve been to.
Pizza was mushy/undercooked in places and the dough had a weird taste to it. It tasted almost like it’s been cooked in someone’s moldy kitchen. I’m mad because this is the dominos in my delivery area. I wish there was a way to get delivery from a different dominos. The delivery driver was friendly though.
My pizza was made with the wrong toppings and wings had barely any sauce on it. Took over 45 min to carry out. Staff looked exhausted and overworked to say the least. Would have left 0 stars but unfortunately I couldn’t
Possibly the worst dominos in the country. Don't order if you are hungry, as they cancel more of my orders than they deliver because they don't have drivers. I could understand that as a short term problem but they don't seem to be solving their staffing issue.
