This is by far is the worse establishment I've encountered around 8:20pm at night. I pulled in the drive-thru to order my meal everything seem great until I started to order. I told the cashier at the speaker to give me a moment. After I placed one order she continues to say anything else as if it was a new song on the radio. I began to get irritated and I couldn't even look at the menu because I had to to keep saying hold on one minute. The cashier was extremely rude to the point after I get to the window. The cashier asked what kind of drank did I want. I named 4 different dranks and she proceeded to tell me they didn't have any of the dranks as if they were out of all the dranks which is unlikely. Another women came to the window just as rude with an attitude I want to say it was the manager but I really couldn't identify who was who everyone was so rude. I just took my money to Arby's next door because I was so disappointed I couldn't get my bbq tray with my lemonade I normally get every time I come took cookout can we get better customer service please. This rude and disrespectful behavior is trending all around fast food sheesh.
I've been told by numerous people this place has amazing shakes. I go check it out and order 2 shakes, one chocolate and one chocolate peanut butter. Once I get to the window and the girl, Joseline?, hands me the first shake, I ask her which one it is. I am still in shock, she literally snapped back with I don't know. She hands me the other one and she doesn't know which one that is. She does not care. Each and every response from her was disrespectful and full of attitude. She literally said, how am I supposed to figure it out.From a place with a Bible verse on the cup and God Bless America...
It's cheap food at a place that stays open later than anywhere else. The milkshakes are subpar, but the burgers are decent. That's all I've gotten so far
Burger patty was burnt past being edible, the patty have slightly burnt before. If you get a burger from this location, it will be burnt

It was surprisingly good for the price. My review is based on the large double burger tray, with fries and onion rings for the side. This was my first visit to Cook Out, so I cannot speak to the quality of the food.The burgers were on the small side (especially for being labeled as "large"). It makes me wonder what the size of the smaller burgers are. Though, when looking at the price, makes sense. Overall the quality of the burger and toppings was really good. I expected standard fast food burger toppings (floppy, weird - think McDonald's). I was surprised to find that the toppings were way on the fresh side of the spectrum.The onion rings were fair. Not anything spectacular by any means, but good.The fries were great. Wendy's is running their whole promotion right now where they guarantee crispy fries. I've tried Wendy's guaranteed fries a couple times, and neither time were they nearly as good as the Cook Out fries.Also, despite it being the noon lunch rush, my food was ready quickly - and was very hot, which tells me that they don't just make a bunch of food well ahead of time and let it sit.I will update my review after additional visits to cook out, which will definitely happen given how impressed I am with my first visit
The lines are usually long, but move quickly. The staff is friendly and the shakes are great! You have to taste the seasonal EGG NOG shake!!!
Had them yesterday for lunch I come home I’m throwing up constantly and I have diarrhea and can’t keep anything down. They gave me food poisoning never going there again
It’s been about 5 or 6 months since I’ve been here, so I stopped by today to grab lunch. I ordered a tray with the 1/4 burger, fries and white cheddar cheese bits. This is what I have ordered in the past. However today the burger didn’t even fill the bun and apparently a “side” of cheese bits is only 4. I was very disappointed.
No matter how many times you repeat your order and the workers repeat it back to you, they will still mess up your food! I know they know what my order consists of because the ticket is taped to my tray, it’s really so lazy for them to throw in whatever they feel like getting rid of to get rid of the line.. Also there was a Filipino guy working the front window, he was so rude, he threw ketchup and napkins at me then refused to open the window when I started yelling at him for it
