Service was fast, staff was friendly enough, food temperature was perfect, flavor and doneness of everything was on point... I had to deduct a star because I asked for ranch and ketchup twice while ordering and still drove off with no condiments whatsoever. Next time I'll be sure to check the bag. Other than that all was pretty good. Thank you for the customer service and warm meal. Greatly appreciated
Ordered onion rings as a side and got 3 onion rings. Ordered a quesadilla as a side and received chili! Lastly, ordered ketchup, mustard, mayo, lettuce, tomato and pickles on my burger and they put EVERYTHING including onions which I am ALLERGIC to. That is why I specifically listed what I wanted! Thanks for ruining my dinner. Not I'm already home and still have to find something else to eat!! ??
I've been to your Restaurant 5 times in February and March 2022. And not gotten in to eat. I don't eat in my car and your dinning is never open. I'll never be going back to your Restaurant ever again. All I ever hear is we don't have the employee.
Good food. Especially when you need something fast. I think cookout have the best pink lemonade. That's the only drink I purchase with my meals.
Love Cook Outs BBQ sandwich & cheese bites & hush puppies. My sister Ammie told me about the cheese bites while she was visiting here from Iowa. Glad she did, they are very tasty.
Makayla is one of the most unprofessional managers i’ve ever dealt with. My order was completely wrong I called the store within minutes of me leaving and instead of her trying to resolve the issue or help me return the food she goes to put me on hold for over 15 minutes and I hung up call back I was placed on hold again and they’re in the back laughing with the workers and forgot i was on the phone.my burger was still pink in the middle I asked for no coleslaw on my barbecue sandwich and the chicken that was in the wraps were hard.
Usually this location is pretty good but the last two times I've visited the service has been underpar. When you ask for condiments i.e. ranch, mayo and ketchup only to find out when I returned to work that I have 2 packs of ketchup only. When you order a drink with light ice as they normally fill the cup full and all you get is about 3 sips of whatever you ordered to drink you should get it. I ordered 2 hot dogs and the buns are so old and stale they are crumbling as I am eating them. All I ask is to get what I order and for it to be what I paid for.
Very fast friendly service for such a diverse outdoor style menu. Very inexpensive also. Quality reflects the price with the exception of the burgers, chicken fingers and plethora of milkshake flavors. Even more inexpensive than most fast food these days so certainly give them a try
First time trying this restaurant. Pretty good. I got double cheese burger with fries, a Butterfinger milkshake and coleslaw. My niece got chicken fingers, onion rings, and banana hot fudge milkshake.
Me and my mother went to 1105 N Military Hwy in Norfolk on November 5 at 3:53pm. Order 2 hotdogs no one will eat this. The person that made these hotdogs should not be working around food. The cashier was great but the food was not for human consumption. Please look at the pictures.
