I been there twice this month and the food wasn't good specially the hush puppies they don't change the grease you can smell, taste and see that they don't change the oil how hard and simple can it be to get fresh fries and hush puppies which my hush puppies were fried in burnt oil fries were soggy also fried in burnt oil barbecue chicken sandwich was a lil half done managers need to be fired forallowin non fryers and grillers who can't simply do neither. lastnight was my last for awhile.
Ok so this was my first time having food from this establishment. I knew it was good from the way it smelled up the car. Anyway, the food is good as a mother shut my mouth! I got chili dogs, cheese fries, and chicken breasts... everything is on point. Goodness gracious this makes no sense! I am so glad I listened to my baby and stopped here!
I really like Cookout as a chain. This visit however was disappointing (wouldve given it only 3 stars for being just ok). My burger had bread that was falling apart and it was pretty greasy! But like I said I really like the Cookout and this was a rare experience.The hushpuppies are always good! And they offer so many shakes and combos. But since the chain overall is typically good will give it 4 stars!
So I got in line at 2.30 am.. I’m in the service industry so I get off a little late. They set the burglary alarm off at 2:40 am and I was freaking out and wanting to back up.. but a car was behind me. Then lights were turned off. So yeah, they aren’t quite open until 3. There was only a single car in front of me waiting to order.
They are normally very good but the burgers this time were dry and I ordered a DOUBLE and it looked like they made a single but ripped the paddy in half and called it a double. ??
Cook Out never disappoints, good amount of food for a really good price. Indoor seating wasn't available so we had to eat in the car as we were in the area on travel.
I witnessed a cookout employee throw a milkshake at the customer! Milkshake spattered on her car. Of course they were about to fight in the drive thru. Night shift Manager had ZERO control or solutions.
The service is good, the food is good. Don’t depend on the menu for the prices. They are always wrong. Expect to pay on average a dollar more than the menu per meal.
Waited over 10 minutes to be told they weren't doing shakes. Then waited another 10 to get out of the line due to the existing incompetence...
The cashier was nice but it took forever to get my order and the people on the window came after me and they got there food before mw all i ask is for a chicken wrap an it took more than 20 min.
