Stayed in Drive thur 15 min, before I even got to menu board.Upon getting to menu board; told to hold on..10 more min. Went by.Car in front was at window waiting for her food..seemed like an ETERNITY..I PULLED OUT BEFORE EVEN ORDERING..DRIVE THUR SHOULD NOT TAKE 25 MIN, BEFORE ORDERING.SMH
This has to be the worst experience I've had here. I only come here once or twice a year. I'm used to waiting in a drive-thru for fresh food, but this spot is ridiculous. 20+ minutes. Mostly at order board. They literally never have what we want, staff is always rude af & it's always some drama.
These people are horrible. They told me that it would be 20 minutes until the chicken would be ready so I ordered a 3-piece and fries and then was told that they don't have any fries. When I asked what they do have the girl at the window said we don't have anything right now with the tone of an attitude so I left. Better off eatin at Pollard's
This place is a hit or miss but mostly a miss. They stay closed when it's open hours, which sucks when I drive 25 mins to get there.They are always so slow. They never open on time. The chicken has a funny taste like gasoline or something. The okra is under cooked or burnt. I found something black in my drink which looked like ? dropping! Never again will I get here. I will pay toll fee and go to the one.
The service is very slow, I'm hoping that's simply due to a staffing shortage and not because they were messing around as it sounded. The parking lot is very bad... With pot holes big enough to get stuck in. The food is ok when u finally get it though.
Ordered my food and the lady had an attitude and once again Not what I ordered. That rude behavior triggers people to be violent tried to change it by time I got to the window too late.Didn't get my drink she left the window after I got the food. Slow as a sloth. May she drink my drink and get enough rest so she won't be mad cause she's at work
I have to wonder when the last time a health inspector has been to this place. Service is super slow, the drive thru is riddled with POT HOLES!!! It's pretty horrible.
Well besides the fact the manager has no customer service skills. The girl that took our order kept getting it incorrect 4(times) we waited about 15 minutes just to place and order and we were the only ones ordering. The manager just kept looking at us as she was moving about.
Love the food! But the wait times! Whew chile that's another story. I waited 1.3 hours on Saturday for food. Employees are pleasant all things considered.
Would give zero stars if I could. I don't know how the chicken tastes here because the are never open when they are supposed to be and the wait time for chicken is always 45+ minutes. Just go somewhere else.
