I didn’t rate it two stars for quality of food. I rated it two because I placed online order thinking it be easier and quicker.. it was but my order was not correct. When I arrived I was informed they had more chips for my chips and queso I paid for and was given a 1800 number to call to get refund. When asked if they have substitution I was offered a tortilla really . I ordered two burritos.. when I got home was not what I ordered.. I asked for brown rice I got white , I asked for extra lettuce none. I wasn’t able to go back bc they were closed. I called 1800 number and still waiting for callback. Definitely calling store tomorrow if I haven’t got call back for refund which I didn’t understand why i wasn’t able to get one in store.
It wasn't good seeing a ton of bad new reviews. Multiple ppl getting bad portions is no Bueno. But my experience with a mobile order went thru on time around 7pm saturday. What I saw was a room full of ppl working hard. The manager was very personable & took time to help me redeem points when I forgot to add them to my bag in app ?
I would not recommend going to this location around closing , 8:30 ish pm! The staff was clearly ready to close and go home . The girl that served my food was annoyed . When I would ask for simple toppings like sour cream, beans I was told they were out of beans but after my order she went over to the online order station and got beans for the next customer . When I asked for lettuce and sour cream she rolled her eyes when she had to go get them as if it’s my fault they are still open and for whatever reason didn’t think to have all of the toppings out . Because of how my food was fixed neither my husband or myself enjoyed our meal ??

As a person that worked in fast food in my teen years, I get how customers can be a bit much. However, workers need to practice good sanitation, especially making people's food. I order a burrito and once it got to the veggies, the worker put the wrong topping. No big deal but then her and another employee began picking through my food to get it off. I got past that, but she wiped her gloves on her dirty apron. I could visibly see the combination off food products on her apron. She then proceeds to grab the cheese WITH THE SAME GLOVES. I stopped her and tried to gather my thoughts to politely ask her to change her gloves. She read my mind and proceeded to change her gloves, but I can tell she had an attitude. Then went and whispered something to another associate. There's a food handlers safety class for a reason. I thought about calling corporate, asking for a manager, but I'll just stick to Moe's for now on.
I walked in and was the only customer while about 5 employees were around the front line. Not a single one acknowledged me. No greeting, no someone will be with you, nothing. Once I was finally helped, the cashier was gone and I had to wait yet again. I understand each person has a specific role, but greeting and communicating should be in everyone's. I'm giving 3 stars because the food was really good and fresh.
Other Chipotle locations usually give you nice portions and rarely miss what customers request on items but this one seems like they just don’t care! Is there anyone watching them to make sure orders are fulfilled correctly. Paying customer
Quick, clean and efficient. The gentleman at the register today around 1230 was cheerful and conversed with guests. Looks like he was a MIT, good choice!
The food was great. I am a pretty harsh chipotle critic but the team that was there last night did a great job. The manager was working the line with an employee who seemed to be in training. The manager had great customer service and was so kind. The employee in training seemed invested in what he was doing. I was just so grateful they seemed like they cared about my experience as the customer. I have had many experiences at Chipotle's out in Norfolk that are terrible. This was refreshing!
Loved the food. Customer service was okay, the young lady who was serving me seem to have an attitude. I never been to chipotle before, so I really did not know how things go. Other than that good food and people for the most part
