This is real New York style Chinese food. The best in the area! The food was finished right on time and piping hot. My wife and I got general tso chicken, shrimp fried rice, and mixed vegetables. Everything is amazing and the veggies are actually fresh and not mushy! I'm thoroughly impressed! Thank you China Hut!
Tiny hole in the wall with no place to dine in. This is strictly take out. I had the Sesame Chicken combo. This is the best chinese food I’ve had in the area. Big portions, my combo is easily two meals.Second time I went there and called ahead. Food was piping hot and ready to go right when I got there.
SO SO GOOD! Worth the wait every time! Highly recommend lo mein noodles! Hats off to the TWO people managing to cook, take orders in person, and take orders on the phone all at the same time.
Called and ordered ahead and took my time (30 mins) to get there. At about 50 mins after ordering, I walked out because the food was still not ready. It’s a Thursday night and there’s 2 folks in the lobby that have waited for over 30 mins too. Go somewhere else.
Dude. This may have been the best Chinese meal I’ve ever eaten. Everything was hot, cooked perfectly and over abundant for the price. Has been and always will be my go to for delicious Chinese take out. Great service as well! Proud to have this business in my neighborhood!

Food is always what I wanted and hot. Veggies are never soggy always tastes fresh. Noticed they do not have their full menu online though hope that is updated soon as some restaurants may vary!
Always my go-to for Chinese takeout. Have been eating here for years and have never once had a complaint, the food is always excellent and the order is always right. One time I even forgot my wallet at home and didn't have enough cash in my pocket, she let me take the food anyways. I paid it back plus some extra the next day, but it was the gesture, very nice place and people.
Fast friendly service, food always fresh and hot when you pick up. This location is the only Chinese restaurant I can eat from. Me and my family LOVE IT!
I should have taken a picture of my food but I dug right in.Beautiful Chinese food, the broccoli is steamed perfectly so it still has a slight crunch! General Tso’s was crispy beneath the sauce.My husbands Beef and Broccoli was also awesome! Quiet possibly the best Chinese food in Norfolk- a hidden gem! My only “negative “ was its takeout only but they were very busy and I see why! Call ahead so you don’t have to wait ? Thank you China Hut stag, truly delicious!!!!!!
