Just attempted to go to this Chili’s after 12:30 PM. I was told I could not sit at one of the several open booths but could sit at the bar because they needed the booth for bigger parties. I use to eat at this location two to three times a week and never had this issue until today. I left without eating, if they rather have an open booth not making any money, who am I to question it.
Went to dine in with 4 people and a baby. We needed a high chair. Hostess looked at us like she didn't know what a highchair was. She then tried to seat us next to a busy entrance with having a baby in a highchair. I had asked to be moved somewhere else and it was an issue. Then told us we can't sit in the area they were seating us because we needed a highchair. So then we were told that we would have to wait another 10 minutes or so. The hostess was so unprofessional and uneducated.
Overpriced for Mediocre food, Chips and Salsa too salty, guacamole too bland and the bartender and waitress brought a whole Bug to the table in the Drink..That was a Deal breaker after already having a dirty glass.. CHILIIIISSS BUG IN YO DRINK!!!!
If i could rate this place zero stars i would. I went to look for the bathroom and walked into the kitchen on accident and saw the workers with no gloves, touching the food and they had no mask on. Very unprofessinal envirnment. Im reporting this place
Food was amazing although our service was very interesting. Our waiter was very unprofessional yelling across the room what our drinks were again. Walking around saying loudly she was bored and sorry for asking if we needed anything a billions times. She kept stabbing a red beverage with a knife saying she was bored again. Then when we got the checks she told us our balances super loud to let everybody know how much we were paying. And as we were leaving she was yelling at customers to come seat themselves in her section because other waiters were stealing “her” customers
In the past I had not been a fan of Chillis. I must say my visit to this location was beyond my expectations all around. The service was on point friendly and practiicing safety. The food was tasty like this was a new restaurant opening. Just looking around you would notice that care is being taking In Maintaing a very clean dining experience. Did I say the food was great. Sorry I ate so fast not pics. I would greatly recommend you give this Chillis a try. I will be going back.
Stopped in for a bite to eat with my daughter and son-in-law while we were shopping. We were seated quickly and that may have been the only nice thing about our visit. We waited over 15min for anyone to approach our table to get drink orders. We even overheard one of the servers speaking to another, asking who's table is that.The server who finally showed up to take drink orders was loud and borderline rude. We went ahead and placed our food order as well since we'd been looking at the menu for over 15min by then. She also never showed back up several times through our meal when our drinks were empty; another server actually came and asked if we needed refills.The food came out quickly. My son-in-law got the trio app platter for his meal and one of his choices was Buffalo wings. The Buffalo sauce was so hot he could barely eat it and he handles Buffalo wings at every other restaurant just fine. Immediately as we were leaving the restaurant back into the mall, my son-in-law felt really poorly and literally had to run to the nearest trash can to throw up.This was the worst Chili's experience we've ever had.
Haven't had a Chili's this good since the nineties!!! Fresh hot food. Great service. This is the Chili's I used to know. Happy hour was legit.
Went to pick up a Togo order. I stood there for almost 10 min before I had to find someone to help me. They directed me to the Togo area and had to wait again for someone to help me. My food wasn't ready even though I placed the order in enough time. Got home and the steak I ordered looked like they cut a steak in half. They gave me the wrong soup and the chicken crispers we're hard and chewy. Not to mention the food was cold. Very disappointed.
Friendly staff!! Food was outstanding! Nice cozy atmosphere
