Horrible customer service. I placed an order at 9:30 am. I didn’t get my order until 9:45. Apparently someone didn’t scan my app properly so my order got lost. After 5 mins in line then asked my name. 2 mins went by then they asked what did I order. They asked me to pull over then they took my phone an finally gave me my order. No apologies sorry for the delay nothing. I won’t be back for a long time. Very disappointed.
Typical Chic Fil A. The drive thru lady caught attitude when I tried to order the Grilled Cool Wrap which becomes vegan-friendly; when i requested it without chicken or cheese. And she said "we don't have that." Do you want anything else."I said whelp I'm vegan what do you recommend?" She said "A salad I guess. You want that?" I said no tanks and she was like ok then. And walked off. HUH? My son even said "where's the my pleasure?" The service was a let down and the food for my son was the same salty train wreck! This restaurant is loosin big time! time!
This is my new favorite Chick-fil-A! They actually put salt on their fries! Which is the main thing that I want. I can work with other mess ups, but I can't stand saltless fries. So I am extremely happy about that. My chicken sandwich was mad crispy and hot. I skip the Chick-fil-A on Battlefield (which is closer to my job when I get off) and go out my way to this one on my way home instead ?
Awful customer service. Called to speak to a manager and Anna who says she is a manager was not helpful in a way and has awful customer service skills. She would be better off not dealing with people. How hard is it to make a chicken sandwich. Also Anne refused to give me the corporate phone number witch yes you can find online as a manager it’s her responsibility to do so
Compared to other fast food this location is great. Compared to other Chik-Fil-A locations, mediocre. Edinburg in Chesapeake sets the bar for all Chick-Fil-A locations in Hampton Roads.
The worst Chick fil A I ever been. Don't bother to order XL flires, thay come half way empty and without salt.
Poor customer service, I just came through the drive thru with my family and spent $46 and got treated like crazy! My Salad was missing from my back I showed the girl in drive thru it wasn't there but the girl bagging the food did not believe, why would I lie about a $3 Salad! She asked for the bag back dug her hands all through my food just to find out she forgot to put it in the back. Didn't even apologize or give me my receipt back. This is the second and last time!
Always quick and friendly service here! I am never disappointed in what I order! Same good food every time!
On 4/11/2022, just around 8:45pm, I brought a salad here at the one by the Outlet mall and the chicken was spoiled. My wife called and told an employee who said she'd get manager on the phone; the phone hung up and we each called several times. So messed up. I will be filing a complaint!
Fast drive thru normally. But only as fast as the order in front of you takes to order and make. Why do I always get behind that car ordering dinner for 6?
