Food was good, on the fast food scale, of course. Got skimped on the sauces, always disappointed if that happens. Order taker was very professional and prompt. Order deliverer was very distracted with what appeared to be a personal matter which caused her to be unmindful of those of us in line until she was verbally notified by the window person. All in all a normal experience at a decent fast food chain.

I do not eat at fast food restaurants often and I almost never eat at Chick-fil-A. However, I gave the four-star rating mainly on account of customer service. The young lady who took my order at the drive through walked me through the menu and made recommendations based on other customers preference and I love that. She was patient through my indecision, so this rating is mostly for you girl! Be that as it may, the portion sizes are way too small for my taste, especially considering the price. I ordered one of the grilled chicken wraps and when I opened the to-go box I asked myself, "where's the rest of it??" What a disappointment. Hence, I don't frequent Chick-fil-A much. They are way overpriced and overrated. I'll take my dollars to the grocery store next time. Thank you, next!

Had an awful experience. Was told that if i had a mobile drive thru and 2 small regular orders I would have to go inside and the lady who served me was rude to us. As a chick-til-a team member from a store busier than this one who allows as many mobile orders as you want it’s ridiculous to here when it could’ve taken maybe 2 minutes with no one behind us. And one of the workers didn’t have a yellow vest on. Could get you in trouble with OSHA.

Chick-fil-a usually doesn’t disappoint. But this drive thru process caused me stress and anxiety. It was my first time visiting this location so I didn’t know what to do. The posted signs and the staff directions were different. It was busy and once you enter you are stuck for a bit. I was trying to leave out, but was directed into the drive thru line as I didn’t know better. Ended up ordering on the app since I was waiting in the line. Ordered 4 parfaits and received one spoon. The fries were pitiful and darker than normal. Other than the drive thru confusion, fries, and the one spoon for 4 people, the food was good. I hope they figure out their drive thru process to make it more efficient.

I eat here about once a week and normally everything is great! But today I found plastic mixed into my salad which I almost swallowed. Very important to chew your food. I understand that it can be difficult serving food without errors when you are as busy as you are, but this is not cool. I ask that you take a bit more time preparing your salads.

Awful Service. Lady taking our order had an attitude for no reason at 7 in the morning while the store was pretty much empty with no cars. had 2 separate orders and they only gave us one and said have a good day. once we got both of them i was disappointed. i ordered chicken and egg on a chicken biscuit and they didn’t have any of it. also ordered a large dr pepper and they gave us a medium. Would’ve had our order right if the lady didn’t have such a bad attitude

Spicy chicken deluxe was delicious. The chicken sandwich was almost too big, but I am certainly not complaining.

They are nice and takes your order in timely manner. It’s always a hit or miss here at this location. They forget to put extra things as requested on items or the fries are old.

This Chick fila is normally pretty good. I would have normally given 4 or 5. Today the waffle fries were horrible. Very old and burnt fries were mixed with 3 to 4 good fries. The container was not even full. Then the lemonade tasted like it had been sitting out for hours especially when I used the mobile app. I was very very disappointed. This location is the one, I go to the most. I drive out of my way, for this location. Every meal should be very good, for your great reputation.

I really dislike coming to this particular chick fil a, but I couldn’t travel to the other one; as my lunch break wasn’t as long as it normally is today. I placed my order, paid, pulled to the window, received my order; and arrived back to work. I opened my food, just for it not to be cooked all the way through. This is a frequent recurring problem at this particular chick fil a. They really need to add the “well done” button back, so that they can ensure that everyone’s food is completely cooked. I called to make a complaint, where I was told by the young lady who answered “didn’t you hear the number to press for concerns and complaints?!” I hung up with her, called back, pressed the number for complaints; and left a voicemail.
