They are always so kind and will give you a free cup of iced water if you ask. Doesn’t matter if I go early or late everyone is super polite and I appreciate that given how hard these days get sometimes. The delivery area is usually busy but they have a great set up for parking wether it’s dine in or delivery and the drive thru moves fairly quickly. It’s my fave location currently.
Not a separate bag for sauces. Not a separate bag for creamers. It was black male cashier. Chik fi A I need you to refund me my money. Even McDonalds knows to separate coffee Creamer and the cashier told me they don’t put creamers in Coffee. The restaurant CFA does and has for me on multiple occasions. I work just like you and I Have a fatal illness called Lupus LSE. I will be contacting corporate. Please retrain this cashier. If you don’t want to work, DONT. I have LUPUS which is why I wear a bonnet so do not categorize me with anyone in your crew. I work with 2 KIDS and raise them ALONE. If you didn’t want to clock in, nobody forced you to work there and that’s on God.
Placed an order for breakfast and came to pick up at 10:50. It states that on their website Saturdays (today) they serve breakfast till 11. I showed to curbside to pick up my order and they didn't allow me to get my meal. Thanks a lot.
Always everything fast food should be! Quality service and the best customer service! Other fast food businesses should follow example and not just mimic my pleasure if employee even opens their mouth or says anything besides NO PROBLEM...I mean this generation needs manners and home training or just employer training!
Very enjoyable dinner on a Tuesday night. Of note, drive thru is open until 10pm, but dining room closes at 9pm. I know this is not exactly "Breaking News", but the customer service here is Legendary. Met the night manager, who was great, and "Kelly" who, oddly enough, is employed through a staffing agency. Aside from being a joy to talk to, Kelly displayed next-level professionalism and an uncanny ability (intuition?) to deliver proactive service by anticipating customer needs without being asked. These night associates are ridiculously efficient and predictably friendly. The food could not have been any fresher. I had to take my time eating the spicy chicken sandwich because it was still so hot ?. Overall a WONDERFUL experience, even for Chick-fil-A, and we all know how high that standard is.
Ordered ahead. Once I received my order, I took a bite I to the chicken sandwich and it had a snap! The meat was not fully cooked thru. I called and spoke with Ashley who said , well all the chicken goes down at the same time so if that's the case then all the chickens weren't cooked thru.?? Didn't need the smart remark but customer service was definitely NOT her best interest!! Don't worry I won't be back!
Less than 7 hours ago my husband purchased and brought me some 8 piece chicken nuggets (regular version) from the Monticello avenue location of Chick-Fil-A in Norfolk Virginia. The nuggets tasted and the honey mustard sauce that I had with the nuggets were also appetizing
It was good, thank you for the experience. I had a great drive thru run. If you want free Chicken ?? Fill A food I suggest hold up the line, and make yourself less techy savy about their app, and they will basically pay for your entire meal just to get you off the drive thru. Lol. please do not this... This was my run throu with them on Christmas Day night... And let me say it was embrassing at least.
Recently remodeled restaurant was very efficient. We used the drive through and had a large order. The team working was very friendly and fast! Plus our order was perfect nothing missing.
Very slow service. It seems the prices of the food went up and the qualify of service and food sizes went down.The food comes in smaller amounts now and had to wait in the drive thru for 30 minutes to get it. Food was still good quality however
