Good Food, Bad Customer Service!!!!!! Originally door dashed the food the dasher said they gave another dasher my order so i cancelled the door dash order and went up there to get food instead. I went on 05.15.22 at 5:30pm. Ordered #1 Philly, was given chicken instead. They made me re-pay for the meal. Then gave me fries instead of bacon fries and then after all mistakes took place? They then told me i still need to pay $0.60 for for ranch for my sons chicken tender kids meal so apparently that doesn't come with sauce either. Overall they did not look out for the customer. The food is always good but its not worth the trip they will leave you frustrated and unhappy. Might as well go somewhere else!!!
I stop by yesterday with my brother. The steak sub was hot and delicious. Our food was ready in five minutes. The services was great. Will definitely return. ????
The worker was preparing the food with gloves on he added the raw meat to grill and touch the bread with the same gloves on, I brought it to his attention that he was cross contaminating the bacteria from raw meat he change the gloves to finish preparing my food, but continued to do the same thing with the next customer’s order I will never eat here again and I will spread the word to my family and friends because someone is going to get very sick from this place.?
I was in line for almost 10minutes and waiting for the cashier to take my order and he was just standing there and didn't bother to ask if I was ready. Like I'm literally infront of him.Prices are ridiculous
The customer service in this place is terrible!! They left off the fries in my combo and refused to give them to me when I went back with my receipt. I am a rewards member. This is disheartening because my family loves Charleys. Today alone, we purchased eight meals. ?
Food is great! And the lady taking orders was super nice and got my order correct on the screen….only problem was when I got home I found my order was not correct at all….considering I got 2 Philly cheese steaks but was given one steak and one chicken as well as the toppings being correct as well. Could have been in order mix up but I live too far away to just drive back. I also saw one of the workers . The only way I can describe her is the “older asian woman”(sorry I didn’t see a name tag) but she used the spoon from the fruit container to fill her water canteen and actually touched the spoon to the mouth of the bottle. Put it back into the fruit container and then did it again. She then took the same bottle and pressed it onto the lemonade dispenser….I thought maybe she used a straw and was going to let it go, but then she started drinking from the mouth of the bottle so I felt I had to write this.
Not impressed. The prices/portions are disappointing. Local philly cheese steak places give way more food for the money. Meat was dry and the sandwich fixings were sparse. I would recommend better spots, but I'm not sure if my review would stay up.
Food prices display doesnt match. The large says 10$something paid 11.99 before tax plus one of the mid eastern guy (older one) who takes order and prepares for it is very rude. You should talk to him not to take it out on customer if he's having a bad day, very unprofessional.

A little pricey but good mall food. Steak was burnt and dry. Gourmet fries were the best part of the meal. Flavored lemonade was delicious.
