Every time you go here they are out of drinks. I know ots been over 2 mths no Pepsi today they only have lemonade and tea. Why is it everytlime you go to drive thru you have to move up and wait for br
They had a difficult time getting my order correct. I ordered the double shrimp with 2 fish. I was charged for a different meal which was cheaper. I told the cashier that my order was incorrect. She corrected the order, so I paid the corrected amount for the double shrimp meal. She gave me only 12 shrimp and one fish. I had a very hard time trying to explain that I paid for double shrimp. It was finally corrected and I received what I paid for.
The worst service and meal I ever had. The cashier overcharged us and when I went in she had an attitude and said thi will be a long night. I asked for the manager and she came back and gave me $2. I let it go we had to wait for the food along with at least 3 other cars and she came out and said on front of us "I hate this s#$÷". When we got the food the order was wrong and so hard it was barely edible. I will never go back.
The Service was great from the Cashier Latosha. The bathroom smelled like someone blew it up like they are doing in Ukraine. I seen 2 roaches surprised but stepped on them. Wasn’t dirty in the dining room.
Good was nice and hot. Everything was delicious. Customer service was Awesome ?
Customer Service very bad our order was put in bag and taken out to drive thru. And other customers were talking about orders being screwed up and Staff seemed not to have there act together, The person in the back did not seem to care about the orders he was screwing up it was more of just throw it together with no concern of the Customer being Satisfied.
Sat for over an hour in the drive thru just to receive cold, greasy food. They bought the wrong order out multiple times and the food was just got very good. 2 stars for the ONE employee there who delivered great customer service despite the tremendous wait time and disgusting food.Go to the one on 21st street. This location literally only has food available @11:30... when they open ??
Went there Saturday with my sister for lunch.Girl behind counter with dirty hoodie ver unsociable .placed order was told they don’t have any Pepsi only diet.Received order we each got a spoon? had to ask for forks and ketchup.Was told we don’t have ketchup.When my sister got up to change her drink the drink machine sprayed all over her when she jumped back the soda spilled all over floor.She told the girl and the girl told her they take the black nozzles off machine when it’s empty. I’ve worked in food and beverage and you take nozzles off to clean them.You don’t leave them off most customers don’t no about nozzles.No one ever cleaned mess off floor or put a sign on floor.The machine has been broke for a long time.All staff looked like they had dirty clothes.We will not be going back
I hope it is only that one person that waited on me at the drive-thru. Everything was good but when I asked for some tartar and cocktail sauce everything went down hill. I waited 4 or 5 minutes to get some sauces. I was frustrated so I left without it.
Everytime I go..I wait 15 mins but you know what... The food be fresh and hot.and worth the wait. I don't even get mad. Cause I know you have to wait for fresh cook food to orderSo Caption D's in good standings with me
