We dined in on Valentine's night and Our server Jacob was amazing. I feel bad because i made him run around alot to get things for us but never did he show any attitude or signs of frustration. The food is always for the most part spot on but having the exceptional service from Jacob made the night perfect!! He needs a promotion. And I hope to see him again when we return to dine again.
$20 for 11” garbage pizza doesnt even stand up by itself with its paper thin dough. Also got chicken fettucine and its honestly flavorless. All they do is sprinkle cilantro and call it gourmet, save your money and go somewhere else.
I’ve been a fan of the restaurant and location for so long, but now it’s just not the same. We ordered cauliflower buffalo appetizer and the cauliflower was crunchy (raw) and there was barely any buffalo sauce on it. Addressing it was never followed up on by the manager ?. Secondly, a cheese pizza that we ordered took 30+ long after everyone else at our table was done eating. Everything that came from the kitchen was just lackluster and missing attention to detail and care in delivery. No longer our go to restaurant.

I had the plant based BBQ chicken pizza and it was terrific!! Started with a blueberry ginger drink, which was good, just a bit too strong. Got bread to much on before the food came out. Reasonably priced too. Would recommend!
I have not had 1 bad experience there. Went today with my sons my server was amazing he was funny and helpful. Food was delicious as always. This is definitely one of my top places to go to eat.
The wait time was kinda long. However the servers are genuinely nice. There is so much diversity. I eat there atleast once every two weeks.
I had not been to CPK in the mall in quite some time, but they did not disappoint. The spinach artichoke dip was good, just as I remembered. The shrimp scampi pizza was good. Pizza & Salad combo is a great lunch value option. Recommended!
It’s sad I’m writing this review about this location because I used to come here since I was a little girl, but this was the worst service I’ve ever had. I stood at the entrance for about 15 minutes with my baby in my arms waiting for a table. The 2 managers on duty were talking the whole time watching me. Not once was I greeted or asked if I had been helped. If it wasn’t for the kitchen staff I don’t think I would’ve ever gotten a table. Once I was seated the server finally came over and got our drink and our order. We then waiting in an empty restaurant for about 20 minutes waiting for our food. Again, the kitchen staff noticed us and asked if we were okay and I informed them that we were just waiting on food. They then told us our food had been sitting there for a while and they were wondering why we hadn’t received it. Once our food arrived our server never came back. I had to get up from the table, walk over to him with food in my hands asking for napkins. Again, I had to get up from the table to ask for our check. He then told us that someone else would bring it and he walked out the restaurant. He charged us for the wrong meals and we had to get it fixed. Never did the manager come once to ask us if everything was alright. I have worked in restaurants for 5 years and I understand the importance of customer service and it’s sad to say but not even the managers were helpful. If this was me at my job I would’ve gotten fired on the spot, but then again my managers don’t stand around not doing anything and not acknowledge customers.
A VERY ELEGANT Restaurant ! FINE dining. A Cozy place to eat. I HIGHLY Recommend this place ?!!!
