Worst experience we ever had and I’ve been living in Virginia for the last 10 years. I’m a restaurant owner myself and I never treated anyone the way they treated us. We were the first ones to order and paid 75 dollars for THREE Burritos while waited 45 mins cause our order “got mixed up”. I will report the owner for inappropriate behavior towards myself and my cousin as well as their security guards that were trying to kick us out before ever getting our order. What they didn’t know is that my family is well rooted in the city of Norfolk and I will be making it a personal matter to make sure that this establishment gets the punishment it deserves. They discriminate against different races, are overpriced and our NOT worth the trouble. Employees are rude and disrespectful. We spent 300 dollars for nothing. Please do not go there and spend your well earning money. It’s not worth it.

We order our food from Grubhub and while my sister got the food! My was right and my mom and sister food were wrong and we had to contact Grubhub and told him what happened and they were going to fix it! But I’m mad because Mr Grubhub ran away and I was going to have a little chat with the person but I want an answer and I want them to apologize and how sorry that they got our order wrong and I will contact the ceo president of this restaurant because the employee wants to play a silly sick game with the Grubhub drive and that’s not nice to do to a customer and I won’t go back!!!

I gave them 5 stars three years ago. I'm giving them one star because of the service and because I ordered street tacos with cilantro and guacamole, steak burrito with no beans and I got lettuce instead of cilantro, they forgot my guacamole, and beans were in my burrito. Neither I nor someone else that came in after me was greeted when we got to the front to order. Food is still good just poor customer service and the vibe (cleanliness) there isn't like it was when they first opened.

Call to place an order the young lady said they weren't accepting orders over the phone and that we needed to go online, so we did. Went to pay for the order but we could only pickup the order the following day. Had to call back and the young lady again tried to say she couldn't take the order, so she put someone else on the phone. Long story short our order was all wrong: 2 sauces, no napkins all the side orders were found in our food and the young lady was so RUDE when we called. But food was ok but for $70 for 3 burritos I wouldn't recommend unless starving.

Loved my burrito from here!!! One of the best burritos I’ve ever had and a huge size. The churros were soooo good too if you want a sweet treat. I ate my burrito during my college lecture and it really turned my day around. Great food.

18$ burrito ordered from door dash, was soggy, wasn't bad but not what I expected steak was tough and chewy of I paid 10$ and it came with chips maybe worth it

The staff was friendly and the burritos are very filling. There are two sizes to choose from.I got the carne asada original and it was very delicious. Looking forward to trying their salsa next time..

Went there looking for a huge burrito. They didn't let me down. There food is amazing and made to order.

The burritos are massive and taste delicious! They have a lot of vegan options and surprisingly had great smoothies for a burrito joint. Ate here late after a show at the norva and found out the back turns into a club, which was interesting.

I ordered a half and half steak and chicken California burrito. I can say the meat is tasty and of great quality, but the overall taste with the rest of the ingredients is just OK at best. There was barely any guac so the overall burrito felt dry. The upcharge cost on GrubHub is like 4 dollars extra for a California burrito. Not worth the price. I also ordered a side of rice and beans. The rice was mushy, bland, and the beans were a good texture but also bland. Honestly just not what I expected for a place that calls itself California Burrito. Don't recommend beans or rice as a side either. Pretty meh overall.
