The pizza's good and I like the mushrooms a lot
I was told my food would be ready in 15 minutes, it was paid for and they just forgot to give it to me. I sat in the lobby for 40 minutes before I asked for my money back. I wouldn't even think about writing this, not my style, but the manager of all people told me to take the food home and microwave it. ? what a joke!
Never had any issues until today, I was told my wait would be 15 minutes and it has been over an hour. If wait time will be increased that information should be relayed to the customer.
I usually get my order delivered. I really enjoy Cal's because they go above and beyond not like their competition. Employees including delivery driver are very professional and put the customer first. My order is always fresh & hot. I've tried all the pizza chains out there and Cal's Pizza is my goto for wings & pizza.
Just called to order 1 large pizza and 1 ham sub. I was told by the rude man that answered the phone that it's $30 . Been using Calz on Hampton blvd for years. Never changed this much. I don't make the prices. The rude man said. Been a customer for years. Horrible service here. Get some sensitivity training here asap. No worries. On to the next one. Do better demons.
I ordered a 50 piece wings just to go pick it up and the guy never put my order in. I was highly upset. So unprofessional
I thought the lady answering the phone was rather rude on 10.6.2021 at 7:22pm for the price on my order to be $30.00 before the delivery charge and adding a tip at the end. As a local customer for over 20 years I'd suggest working on the customer service a bit.
Pizza wasn’t bad, a little greasy, but good amount of food for a cheap price.
Cal'z Pizza is always is delicious reasonably priced and delivered hot. I would recommend getting it delivered by one of Cal's delivery drivers instead of going through Uber or doordash or any of the other delivery companies which add quite a markup. It is easy to order online and you can include the tip in your credit card transaction and again very efficient very prompt delivery delicious pizza.
