My Server, "Precious", was awesome! Took care of my every need, wasn't overly attentive and definitely not negligent in her Server Duties. Perfect Service in my Book.Edit: Parking can be tricky in that part of town. Free street parking after 1800 / 6pm.

Walking in this place was like walking into an endless waiting room as we waited with several others we were told to go to the Hightops it would be easier to get served. When we arrived in to our seats to our surprise there was only 10 people in total at 3 tables in the entire restaurant all waiting for a server. Trinity the server saved the day she was very attentive to every table as the other employees walked past as if they were off the clock. The food was good and Trinity saved our experience. My son said to me if the waitress wasn't there it would have been a no star for him 5 stars for Trinity the waitress.

Service was terrible (worst I've ever had) and food was just alright. Host barely acknowledged us and told us to sit wherever we wanted. We sat at the booth nearest the door due to my boyfriends mom having mobility issues, and our server took a while to greet us, which was fine to us at first because it seemed very understaffed. However it took almost half an hour for me and my boyfriend to get the waters we asked for, even though his mom got her drink earlier than us. My boyfriends mom ordered fries as a side and never got them, even when our server told her he would put them in when she asked about it. It really felt like he was actively ignoring us or had just completely forgotten about us (when he first greeted us he even joked he might forget about our table). We waited for nearly an hour after we finished eating, and tried getting his attention multiple times for the check, even asked the person in carryout to try to get him, but he didn't even glance in our direction once even though he was walking around in our section a lot helping other tables and running food. We ended up just leaving cash on the table and leaving, we were so fed up.He didn't even tell us his name when we were greeted, so I can't say who it was.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life in a restaurant. When I came in there was about 7-8 people total in the bar area. It took 15 minutes before the bartender even acknowledged me and gave me a menu. Then I waited about 35 minutes for a really simple order of boneless wings. Only for it ALL to be stone cold. I would have told the bartender who was taking care of me but she disappeared so I just ate most of it because I hadn’t ate all day yet. On top of that, I got one of the hot flavors of wings and sat here without a refill on my water. Lastly I waited another 15 minutes to finally pay my check and never got asked how anything was. By far the worst experience of my life. Definitely wont be returning to this location ever

This is by FAR the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever visited. The 'bartender' informs me after placing my drink order that they have no pineapple juice. Okay. I order something else. Then I'm told they have no orange juice. Fine. I'll get a draft beer. He then tells me the tap is broken. Soda time. Next, I try to place an order for a burger. I'm then told that they can only make it well done. Seriously? This place is terribly managed.

Worst service of any Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever been too. Buddy and I went to watch first round of NCAA Tourney (you know, one of the busiest sports days on the calendar), and we literally sat at a high-top in the bar area for 35-40 minutes without a single server asking us if we want a water, drink, anything. We had to leave. Don't waste your time.

Friends and I were told they supposedly didn’t make reservations and that the restaurant wasn’t going to be “busy” for the Super bowl. I thought it was weird but assumed maybe it was because of covid restrictions, then again, there wasn’t much social distancing or anything. However, when we arrived it seemed a bit busy, but, was turned away by a host (Noah) who said he’d “try to seat us” once told that we called the manager yesterday about being able to be seated (first time it was my one friend and I who arrived first then my other two came). Did state they’d take more people, only after the game, which there was no point in waiting anyway. Don’t think the person he spoke to was a manager since he was joking around with him after he left the front, then when he came back, the kid had a weird, sly smirk on his face and said that there was no way of seating us so that was a wasted time. I know they’ll get money no matter what, but they’re inconsistent and need to do better.

Was buy one get one free boneless day. Biggest boneless wings I've ever had at BW3. Drenched in sauce. Chicken was juicy and tasty. Awesome stuff. Can't speak to what they serve late night, however.

We had the worst service we have ever had at the Norfolk VA location on Monticello ave tonight. Getting seated took forever, our service was poor. We got our food but my daughter’s chicken tenders took almost an hour. Five naked chicken tenders. I asked our waitress four times to check in her food and each time she never came back to the table. We flagged down another waitress who was extremely rude. I asked for the manager twice and finally got Jake who was apparently the lead server. I once again asked for the manager and finally got him. We were late for the game we were attending because service was so poor. We most likely won’t return to this location. It’s in a great spot but the quality just isn’t there.

Average service for a busy day. No drink refills. Food was tepid and not so great. Out of part of our order so substituted some items with no discount. If you need a place to watch a game, its fine, but not a destination. Plenty of other places to try.
