It took quite a while to get my first beer even though it wasn't that busy. She poured the draft and The glass sat under the tap while she attended lesser priorities. Only when I gave the unserved glass of beer the side eye did she then remember to serve it to me.A positive note is she asked if I wanted another beer since my current one was eventually almost finished. So I went ahead and ordered it since it took so long the first time. This time, she was prompt with delivery. But strangely enough, she placed the full glass in the reach path of my current almost empty glass. Made no sense. How about placing the glass out of my way while I finish my first one? Ugh.
Customer service horrible. Staff was playing around too much. I got up and left and will not be back. If they came to my table and asked me what I’d like to order I might have been able to give a review on the food.
The waitress, Triyston, is unprofessional. I asked her a simple question. She rudely answered then walked off. She didn't even look up to acknowledge that I was speaking to her.
A great place within Norfolk international airport to have a good meal or to have drinks. They have a wide selection of both and even have a happy hour special. The staff are polite professional. They are following covid guidelines. Recommended.
The worst airport food I've had in my life. My daughter can make better food than this. The $16 bbq chicken flatbread was an open face pita with melted cheese, BBQ sauce, and cut up fried chicken tenders. The cheap Tony's pizza brand from the freezer at the grocery store is better than this place.Service was great and Blue Moon was cold and on tap.
If you like steak ums and flavorless fries get their steak sandwich. Or just... Go to Walmart because you can eat better there.
After a two week vacation in Virginia I was at an airport without many amenities. So I decided a beer was in order. After seeing a burger come out of the kitchen I figured I better get something to eat before my 3 hour plus flight. I ordered the Double Pepper Jack Melt and I was not disappointed. It was delicious. I sat at the bar. The bartender, Melissa, was very responsive. Excellent service and a very clean area. My meal came out relatively quick and I had plenty of time to eat before my flight. The only downside was the price. But once you realize this is an airport you can justify a $16 burger and $10 beer. I would definitely recommend the Double Pepper Jack Melt.
Ran out of house chardonnay and gave us Chalk Hill (a house wine in most places) for $22.50. Not coming back.
I had a bad experience at this Bastro. The lady Alicia was very very rude when I asked her what is on the menu. She was like I’m busy! She was very disrespectful. I tried not not to be angry but her actions was not appropriate. Please make sure someone talk to her about her behavior.Thank you very much!
Great service, friendly staff...pretzels warm and moist, chicken tenders half good half a little over cooked... Stella was ice cold...refreshing.
