Second time going, first time was around Valentine’s Day. Service was so slow and ramen was barely warm and soggy, but I thought I’d give it another try. Went wasn’t busy, portions were smaller, had the ramen again and it still wasn’t good. Plus it’s more expensive the other ramen places in the area. However, decor is nice, only good thing about this place.

Great ramen spot. Kinda similar to ramen in Japan. The Tonkotsu ramen-great and very filling.Dinuguan nachos was on point. Loved it!Asian Sticky Wings were great!!Downside;High prices for a 1.5 oz of Japanese whiskey. Ok selection of drinks as well.
The restaurant definitely has a great atmosphere and very good service even when they are busy. As for the Ramen itself it is very delicious and fulfilling.

Appetizers Shrimp Toast & Asian Sticky Wings5/10. Very good, but the PRICE is not.6 good wings for $16, Yuck.The ramen. Specifically tonkotsu ramen, for $15 it’s pretty disappointing. It's been a while since we had dinner at Alkline. They are still excellent in their foods in their drinks in their cs in their ambiance n most importantly having their customers a pleasurable dining experience! It's casual but elegant ! Foods are simple yet complex in taste! Fusion of varies Asian eats can best be described as WOW!! Keep up the good works Alkaline! I will definitely be back with my families and friends!
I have never had anything on the menu I didn't like. Food is both filling and fresh.
