Great taste great selection comfortable setting friendly staff reasonable prices fine for all ages plan to return.Back after several year and still love it! Had a fun family meal. Great food, wonderful service, and reasonable prices. Will eagerly return.
If you want fresh fish or an amazing drink this is the place. This evening we ordered the evening fresh fish special, Halibut. The chef's preparation was amazing. Flavor abounding, visual presentation, fantastic! Our drinks from the bar were spot on and the salad and appetizer we had were wonderful. And, our server was attentive and friendly. We can't recommend this place enough. A treat for anyone that's looking for great food, great service, friendly staff.
The waitress was nice, sadly she did not refill our drinks. The crab cakes was extremely breaded, very little servings in the seafood plates. The number of each item should be listed on the menu. For ex. 3shrimps, 3 scallops, 3oysters and 1fish. We left there hungry. The food was not tasteful at all. The steamed oysters was about the size of my nails. Small. They said they was out of raw oysters but we kept seeing them come out the kitchen with raw oysters for other tables. As a chef I was again disappointed by the quality and quantity of the food.
If I could somehow trick the owners into letting me rent this place as my home, I probably would. The food and staff are friendly. The drinks and good vibes are clear as soon as you walk through the door! Thanks for helping everyone remember what a good time dining is, especially in a pandemic! Best seafood I've found in the Norfolk/Portsmouth area! It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for.Staff is super friendly and attentive, and the kitchen typically delivers without delay. The menu doesn't change except for the fresh oysters and the daily specials, which are frequently terrific.
Food was good but even the thought of fish and chips made from Talapia makes me shrug. Oyster choice are good. Everybody is a bit smelly afterward
Our waitress was a delight! We have been looking for a spicy horse radish sauce recently and when we tasted it with the oysters we asked our waitress if she could tell us the brand. She not only comes back with a paper with the brand written on it but silently drops off a full to-go tub of the sauce! It made our night and we will definitely be back to enjoy more of their delicious food!
This is a great place to dine. Plenty of options to choose from to fit your appetite. Reasonable prices without breaking the bank. Friendly staff and best of all amazing food cooked to perfection!
