Even though Zaxby's have good food and great customer service they need to keep their dining area a little cleaner when I was in fast food the management will always tell us go out and straighten up and tidy down when the rush hour leave everyone should always remember to do on the others as you would have them to do on you and stop having all these attitudes when you're going out to eat have a great day be safe
The “cook” was more concerned with preparing fresh fries than service recovery. NOBODY wants to pay 25 dollars for old fries and strips.The staff went through all of our food, said they would prepare it ALL fresh because it was all old and only gave us fresh fries. And sent me packing with food they rummaged through and old strips.Chic fil a is across the street. I won’t waste my time coming to ZaXbys again. #unprofessional #undertrained #poormanagement
Great food service. I arrived at the store, ordered my meal and was on .y way home in less than 10 minutes.The menu has lots of great choices. I recommend checking their online menu before going to the store. Better yet place your order online and have it delivered.Anyway! It's all a matter of choice.
This is my new favorite FF restaurant. Mainly because of the cheese curds & their seasoned fries! I read a review earlier in the day that said they had the best chicken sandwich, so I was up to taste & see if I agreed. It was tasty. I am unsure if it is better than Popeyes, but the sides were refreshing. DH thought that Popeyes is better, but I plan to do a blind taste test with him & me and see if he can put his tastebuds behind his words! ?
Very good meal tonight, enjoy dining in. The 4 of us each had something different, everything cooked perfect. Staff was exceptionally cordial and met our every need.
Good food but DO NOT get their insane wings. It’s not worth it. I’m begging you plz don’t get their insane wings. Trust me. Can’t say exactly why but you’re gonna regret it a couple hours later

I rather walk inside I stead drive thru.Order a 6pc chicken fingers double fries.Got 5pc chicken and small fries!I guess I paid to much money for so little food!
The food is a bit on the high side for quick service restaurants, so I kind of had higher expectations. The chicken sandwich was very good, being moist and tender. But the fries were lackluster, and the Coca-Cola freestyle machine was out of many different beverage choices, leaving only a limited selection. I liked it, but I kind of expected more for the prices asked for such food.
I love the Cobb salad, also pricey but everything is now.
