Most of the time, they're great. but, man, they can be very unfriendly at the front counter, every once in a while. The guy who answered the phone, just now, came off so rude and dismissive, I just hung up on him, and came to FB to leave a review. 6pm, Sun., 9/19.

I have been told my numerous people that UR Pizzeria has really good food, so I decided to give it a try for myself. The pizza was delicious and their staff was excellent!! I will be returning. I highly recommend this place.

Ordered delivery for the first time yesterday and we were very impressed. Definitely will order again.
Since they changed managerial staff, the place seemed decent, until today. I placed my order and waited 30 minutes before the manager had to tell the cook to prepare my order. In the meantime, two employees, one that started to take my order was sitting down having their lunch as they watched me wait. The food comes out and I'm offered an apology. When I point out it's a surprise that my order took 30 minutes to even get started, the person, which was the manager, chuckled as though something was funny and walked away. That was the last straw as I will not be returning. Keep in mind I was the only customer in the building, so there was no real excuse.

Received someone else’s order and I couldn’t reorder because I had to get to work so I requested a refund but they could not issue me one because they could not find my order number? Doesn’t make sense. Paid for something that I never seen. I feel like I got scammed. And there’s items on the menu that they don’t actually have.
I was never a big fan of calzones because I’ve never had a good one lol. But this right here!!!! Yo! This is the best calzone I have ever tasted. Whoever decided to put ricotta cheese inside of a calzone is a genius!! Literally! It is amazing, mixed with the melted mozzarella cheese! Omg!! I ordered the Medium size, which is freaking huge, I had to cut it up into slices. But I highly recommend this place and their “Ur’s Special Calzone”. The restaurant is very very clean! Like very clean, I was impressed when I walked through the door.
