Employee was rude. But more importantly, I saw a customer walk in, put his hands in a bag that he didn't know was his because his name wasn't on the order. When I saw this I asked for a refund because my food wasn't labeled with my name and I wasn't sure if another customer had put his hands in the bag and was refused a refund even though I never touched the bag. Disgusting!!! Unhealthy and unhygienic. Please seal the bag if the customer is not there when you call them or don't leave it out for other customers to dig through it!!! This is a no no in a COVID world.Also, teach your employees a little tact. This wasn't that big an issue because one employee did actually try to deescalate the situation, but one employee was down right rude and loud which is unbecoming of your brand.

Don’t expect them to bring you your order curbside when you order curbside pick up.

I ordered two turkey bacon sandwiches...I received no swiss cheese and bread wasn't toasted...I paid 20.00 for my order and people act like you not paying. My cashier today was also rude and nonchalant at 3:45 Thursday 3/17/22....

Solid tropical smoothie. Tip prompt even tho no table service. Gave order to another customer but ybey caught it as other group was walking out. Food good. Women's room out of service.

My daughter just bought me a smoothie from the Christopher Newport location.. it's pure water... Literally sloshing in the cup. Never had a smoothie this bad or watered down. That's a lot of money for a watered down drink. Really disappointed!

My flatbread literally had no flavor. Something told me to just pass this up but I didn’t have much time to decide… I called to ask for a remake or a refund, The MOD Vianca stated that they can’t do anything about the taste. Ma’am ???? Her customer service is trash. I asked for corporates number she stated that they don’t carry it in the store and that id have to research it.

Had a smoothie picked up by friend and they ask for a sample of the drink before putting it in the cup(to insure it wasn’t bitter or watery) because of the drive and the location has a hard time making it with out being bitter. So to make sure the Smoothie is not very watery and bitter. I drove 30min to get another from Nick Patel the store manager and was told I couldn’t get a refund for my smoothie after i ask for my money back. I just wanted a good smoothie not a water cup of juice. I was go to the tropical smoothie by Hampton university from now on. Also asked for owner number after nick was being rude. He told me he don’t know and can’t give info out. I will go where I’m treated right. Hope you all treat your customers better.

THIS IS THE WORSE TROPICAL SMOOTHIE EVER!!!!! Veronkia ( Lightskin pink shirt) Was so rude I left the Mall location and came to this one and it was no better.. I don’t know what her deal is but she is so rude.. SMH Someone needs to do something about it.

The smoothies are great. Sandwich options are limited but good. I thought the bread used in the roll-ups was too thick.
