I would not recommend this location to no one. From reading the reviews here, they are doing an awful job. But what took me, how do you NOT accept your own tropical smoothie cafe gift card. As hard as times are right now, it's truly a blessing when someone gives you money via gift card. I should've just left the food there & walked off but I was on a limited lunch with no time to take my business elsewhere. But you best believe I will NEVER spend another dime here and music in the park starts up next week &I would order from here whenever I was attending but NOT going to happen this year. I wonder do the corporate headquarters know you do NOT accept your own gift cards, I'm going to find out. ?
Buyer beware. This place is very slow doing online orders. I ordered 30min before my arrival and I still had to wait. The dude in there was in the phone not minding orders multiple time also a younger female that tried to tell me they just got order like its my first time buyingfeom there. Also when u pay with your card be careful if you don't pay attention you will pay 15% tip on your order. they automatically add it to the card reader. I just wouldn't recommend this one.
i came in one day and i ordered a Mango Magic Smoothie. the bald guy behind the counter clearly had an attitude towards me and the other employees. i would’ve liked to had been helped by the nice looking young lady, but she looked miserable enough. he honestly looked like he was on something if you know what i mean. keep an eye out for the baldie inside this place. oh, and not to mention my smoothie was watered down. it tasted like a cup of buckroe beach. will not come back again.
I found hair in the Baja chicken wrap my husband got us this afternoon. I had to spit it out and threw up everything else I had eaten. It's our first time buying from tropical smoothie and I am sure it is also the last time.
I will add a new email to post a negative comment every day if I have to until something is done about this I thought $22 worth of food and I got one smoothie that I wasn’t even supposed to have to pay for nobody wants to do anything about it nobody wants to help me I have done every channel that they have given me and I have just gotten Rob $22 I have video proof of what I got delivered I went into the store and she wouldn’t help me either wouldn’t even let me speak to management this place is a joke And they will rob you blind
Couldn't give 5 stars they were out of gift cards.
I give them 5 stars they are always super sweet and fast the food is wonderful. The girl that helped me out today even knew my name she went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed even gave me ice for my soda. I wish I would have asked her name she was super sweet !! I'll see her again I come in alot
So apparently the order I placed was not delivery but an online order. The order was placed for my office. Totaling over $80 and the order just sat on there counter for nearly 2hrs!!!! No one had the decency to call and say "Hey! Your order has even been ready!?" We just just letting food and drinks sit without reach out to the customer if you see its been sitting for hours!?! Clearly there was an error! I would never use this location again!
They made my food quickly, but the music was loud.
