I went to a Tropical Smoothie at a different location nearby and saw someone pay with cash. Went in to this location to purchase a gift card and I guess they were confused, because there were 6 people working and they were all giving each other looks and apparently you can only buy a gift card with cash? Said I would run back to my car as it was parked out front and then they said they don’t accept cash. 1 star.
My smoothie didn’t taste anything like I wanted it to and when I asked them to remake it the girls argued over whose shift it was and then when she came up to the counter she was just like “ yeah we can’t remake that“ she refused to remake it and I was super kind about it and I just threw my smoothie away when I left.
Better than the one in Hampton even though it’s a lot smaller. Food takes a while and is on the pricey side but it’s worth it.
My grandchildren really enjoy their Strawberry Smoothie.... It's a one stop shop.....especially for kids.
Worst customer service ever. After waiting for 5 minutes for the customer in front of me to order it was more important for the employee to open all her rolled coins rather than helping a customer. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Skip this location and head somewhere else.
I try to stay away from posting negative reviews, however, The customer service at this location is horrible. I get the same smoothie every time.At this location they didn’t make it correctly and refused to make it right. I politely asked them to remake it since I paid over $6 for it. The “manager”, if that’s what you call her, smacking her lips and rolling her eyes said their was nothing she could do and have a nice day and walked away. I’m sorry, what?! You have this kind of person representing your business? Why couldn’t you make my smoothie correctly?! If no stars was an option that’s what I would give this location. But I had to give one.Hopefully calling Human Resources and this review will keep this from happening to someone else that may not walk away from such a rude person. Pathetic!
I tried to order a smoothie at 8:50 and a young lady in a dark blue hat and she had some-type of braids came to the counter ready to take my order and a lady in a pink hat said to her to say “we’re closed “ and i heard that and the lady in the pink had a attitude. This is not my first time having some type of experience with her. If your not happy at your job then leave you know? I’ve never in my 30 years of being in this earth experienced something like this. She is rude, My last time being inside of the store I heard some arguing going on , pink shirt and a Tall Light-skin young man were going back and fourth about smoothies being made. If i could give this tropical smoothie a negative rating I WOULD!
My kids love smoothies and they are almost all natural so I don't mind getting them smoothies there once in awhile but the price is too high it's even higher than star bucks, so I mostly go to star buck I think if they were more competitive to star bucks they might get more business
