Only issue is I had to wait a while (about 10 mins) at pick up window to be acknowledged so pickup was not as fast as I expected. I am extremely busy though I understand the restaurant industry has been having widespread staffing issues in general lately & there was only 2 people (that I could see working) 1 taking orders & 1 making/serving orders. Once they came to the window with another order they promptly served me mine & all staff were very kind, friendly & helpful. No major complaints other than the wait time. I love the freshness & consistency of all their ingredients & the food is always delicious. I mostly order through the app & its always hittin the mark or exceeding. The variety of healthy super tasty options remain unbeatable IMO. Its rare that my orders have any accuracy or temp issues but staff is always accommodating to remake an item if something is not meeting the reasonable expectations. Keep up the great work & I'll be seeing yall again very soon!!!
I actually thought the Chipoltle chicken club was supposed to have some type of sauce on it. Smh. Flatbread sandwich so dry. This is the second time this specific location has messed up my food .
Incompetent. Too worried about other things besides the customer order. I give it 1 star when it deserves negative stars. Can't eat dinner because of the simple fact that no one pays attention. OH YEAH AND NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. HORRIBLE BUSINESS.
Shawn and Aria were amazing!! Incredible customer service, went the extra mile when I couldn’t find the location of my smoothie and provided an all around phenomenal experience!!
I love this tropical smoothie location they actually taste great & don’t taste watered down & amazing location & the guy that worked there yesterday with ocean blue shirt just had the best customer service thank you again & the location is just perfect
Not bad, mentioned their open sign wasn’t on and the dude told me “it’s been a long week”… uh okay, turn your open sign on ? nice people and decent food anyway though
4 stars cuz my smoothie never tastes the same. It’s either really good or really tasteless. But the service has gotten better than when I first started coming in October 2020. So good job ya’ll!

I called this location 20 times trying to get in contact with them cause my order was sent to there location by accident and no one answered poorest customer service ever and made me lose money or drive 30 mins ruining my lunch from the doctors office. Thanks for nothing (: won’t be back
UPDATE:I had a manager reach out to me in accordance to my review and message. They handled the problem very professionally and more than most would if a customer had a complaint. I totally understand emergencies happen and the place wasn’t open on time. They were kind enough to deliver our drinks at no additional cost as well as put some free smoothies for our next visit. We love tropical smoothie just had a bad day that was immediately resolved ❤️IM PISSSED!! I placed an online order this morning to be ready at 8:30am. I arrive at 8:45 and no one is here the doors are locked, no notice of a closure. This is beyond unprofessional and I will never in my life return to this location. If you’re going to not be open at least have the audacity to put a sign on the door.
