nasty food was cold and did is not fresh everything is frozen
Amazing experience! Added to a date night spot, staff was professional, friendly and amazingly attentive. We left another twisted crab due to a bad experience and came to this one and we’re amazed! They had a super fun bingo song night made for a fun super experience. Food was great, drinks were amazing and our server Elisia(? Possibly wrong on spelling) was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend this location!!
First let me say if I could give this establishment a minus star I would. We spent 245.00 for a family dinner. We ordered through door dash. We ordered 3 TI and 2 t4, side of egg, oyster, drink. We only receive one of each combos and the eggs. When we called the store she was very nasty and rude. She basically said it’s not our problem contact door dash. And when we contacted door dash same results. The food didn’t have the right sauce or spicy. We should have listen to the other reviews and ordered somewhere else.
My wife and I went here just to try something new. Firstly, I didn't have high expectations from a mall restaurant. Secondly, I had no idea what to expect. I've never had a Louisiana style seafood boil before. So, when they brought out our order of 1lb of shrimp and 1lb of snow crab legs with hot butter garlic sauce in a big plastic bag and then handed us gloves and a bib, I and my wife were a little intimidated.However, we bibbed up, gloved up, and started tearing into some shrimp and crab and potatoes, and corn-on-the-cob. My wife eats like a bird. She always has, even at home. Not today. She ate almost half of what we ordered. I left full. She left more than full. The flavor was amazing. We both dug into the shrimp and crab like we hadn't eaten in days. The potatoes were actually a highlight. If you go, order extra potatoes. If you like your food spicy though, hot is not it.Great food! We finally found a restaurant we both love going to.
Other than the A/C freezing me out it was good tasting food with good service. Oh and the bartender made my 2 drink max a 1 drink. Lmbo!
Love seafood and they didn't disappoint. But the best thing was the hostest and waitress. So polite and caring. I recently had shoulder surgery and can't reach behind my head so she tied the bib on for me. I love it there..
Twisted sauce was thee best! Food overall was very tasty. Waiter was great just took a while to get to us. Definitely would go again!

It was awesome my husband and I got Catfish baskets came with 4 pieces of catfish and fries had sweet tea and a Blue Motorcycle I would recommend others to go and try it you can get Crab legs but I don't eat crab but to those who do they would love it.
Antwone at the bar made sure we were taken care of. He provided excellent customer service and prevented my friend and I from leaving. If it wasn’t for his great attention to detail and empathy for us waiting for service I would not try this location again. I just want management to be aware of what a great employee they have keeping their customers happy. Thank you again Antwone ??
