Amazing service. The server and hostess were so sweet. we were greeted and seated shortly after walking in. The atmosphere was very inviting and the restaurant was pretty clean.Our server always made sure we had what we needed and the food came out quick, hot and looking amazing. He checked on us often but not too often. We had a great time and good food. Definitely recommend and will come here again and hopefully more often.

Today was the worst experience I ever had at this fridays. First the host wrote down the wrong number so we had to wait an additional 45 minutes because she gave the table away. Then we were seated by the bathroom which smelled very bad. And the host had an attitude. Now the workers are talking bad about my party of 15 and we heard them! So we left because we were not going to be treated by staff that doesn’t care. I completely understand that’s it’s a lot when you take on a party of 15 but don’t be upset with the party because on your behalf there was a mess up which happens but please be professional about it.
We were looking forward to going to our favorite restaurant as we had not been in over a year or so. I wanted to use my reward points, however I could not get the Friday's app to download. Rather than telling me that I couldn't get our meals with reward points, our server, Christopher along with the manager were able to use my points, thus saving me over $50!!!
Paid 100.00 dollars for food that was really nasty only got half of what we ordered food was cold and dried out ordered a shrimp platter only came with 6 shrimps and fries had to pay separate don’t go to TGI Fridays on Jefferson Ave in Newport News
Great staff, amazing food. Kitchen got my order wrong and I informed the waitress. I did not send it back and it was still delicious. Without me asking, she had the correct order for me to go. How sweet is this?!
The server was excellent, but the food was terrible. The chicken was seared too hard and it was dry. They give you two scoops of potatoes when it should have been one and a different side. The only reason I tipped was because I enjoyed the server. Really ask yourself do you want good food or food service because this place doesn't give you both
I ordered curbside. Terrible service. Waited 1 hour for food. It takes me 30 mind to drive to the restaurant and then on top of it I had to wait an hour to get my food. I didnt get all the food I ordered. Had to come home and reheat every because it already look like it had sat for a while. When I walked into the restaurant every one just ignored me. And others as they were waiting.
Just got my tonsils taken out so i can only eat soft foods . Ordered two sides of mashed potatoes that was halfway full, called and spoke with a manager who offered no resolution.
Treatment for people just getting of a late night of work could be treated way better. Just wanted a quick bite to eat and it was before last call. We were ignored at first then finally greeted by a nice server. Then the bartender came up to take our order barely a word and pushed a to go order. Do better! We canceled our order and left.
