For this item to just have came back out on the 19th (The Mexican Pizza). Whomever made this and had the audacity to give it to someone, needs some serious training. The cashier gave me my order as if it was a bag of tacos or something. This looks nothing like the pizza on the menu or commercials. This is definitely false advertisement. As many people that was at the window when I pulled up to pay, my ordered should've definitely been good to go. My chalupa wasn't fresh like I ordered neither. The employees need to be retrained and maybe the management at this location as well.
I get that the industry is short staffed. I was okay with the 15min wait for 6 soft tacos a bean burrito and a Supreme meal. 2 small slishies. A little long when only 1 other car was there but okay. I don't understand how the most expensive taco was the one missing. If your behind and have to take your time, fine, but get the order right!! 37$ too.. good got prices are high. Btw 2 small Slushes are 6 something. Ridiculous don't order!!!
The food and service was good but the app should have a way to indicate that items are currently not available.
I just ate here. Very clean Taco Bell! The bathroom was very clean, the restaurant was nicely organized, the food was good, and their counter where the sauces, utensils, and napkins were neatly organized. I was impressed and recommend this Taco Bell!
Nice environment inside, busy drive thru and inside, sat patiently for meal prep. Provided coupons for waiting. Nice gesture by staff.
i don’t know why. I drove up to the window to pick up a order. The order is not ready. So I’m waiting until one of the woman told me to back up she had me backed up until I couldn’t see the inside the store. Like I said I don’t know why they had me do that but I don’t trust this place. It’s like we gonna mess with your food ?. Usually they say move forward when order is not ready but backing up. I just don’t wanna eat at this pace any more
Do they have like, one employee or something? Everytime I've come here the drive-thru takes FOREVER. Food is usually alright though, if you wanna wait 20 minutes for it...
Love their tacos!!! My only issue is when I order a family pack, there's is no option to choose packets of taco sauce so I didn't receive any. Please either add the option to choose mild/hot or just include some with the order please.
I pulled up to the window and was told I can order. I asked for two of the deluxe cravings boxes. After waiting for like 5 minutes I was told again that I can order. Got an attitude from whoever was at the window. And they still had tomatoes when I asked for no tomatoes
I said no sauce on one item and no beans on the other due to allergies how is it that they still put sauce and beans on the items and not only that they had the doors locked so I tried to call and there was no answer so I had to go waist about 15 or so min back in drive though if you can not get an order right you shouldn't make people wait again in drive through for your mistakes and people want to be paid more yet you can do your job right
