Taco Bell is good I just wish they would use a different type of lettuce it always tastes strange

Let me tell you something I love Taco Bell. As of lately I’ve gotten poor service at the one located on Frederick Boulevard in Portsmouth so I decided to try different locations since I live in Newport News I figured I’d visit the one on Mercury Boulevard and when I tell you they had my order just right baby I fell in love with Taco Bell all over again! The staff is friendly the food is great and fresh, what more can I ask for? Nothing! This will be my go to Taco Bell thank you ladies for making this a wonderful experience
I had to wrap my own food cause it was falling out the bag and the workers were rude no mask on cursing when trying to explain to them about my food being all inside the bag the worker acted as if it was my fault I was so ashamed as a former worker in the fast food industry this business displayed and how much care they put in there work!
I offered to give the white cashier the exact change for the order she implied that she had already counted the change and she couldn't do that I said all you had to do was give me a whole dollar back instead of the change. Where do y'all get these people from that y'all hire that do not know how to count back that's part of training she closed the window and made a smart remark and I called corporate
Got the chicken quesadilla and it was cold, chicken wasn’t cook all the way through and the cheese was not melted. The only reason I’m giving two stars is cause I was able to get a refund without any issues.
Placed our order in the drive thru, they were missing half our order. Went back to the window, they said they fixed it but when we got home we were still missing all of my wife’s food. Also had a hair in my chalupa.
The good here is better than most I've been to. This place is also much cleaner.
