Saw a commercial for return of the cheddar chulpa. My bf's fav from TV so I called to ensure they had it. "Yes", they tell me so we drove over to Jefferson location and after them just ensuring me they had it (guess I asked the wrong question?) they aren't serving food. They are closed.Ok its 5pm and this TB is closed. That's a first for me.So we drove over to route 17 and they were closed too. Whats going on? Is it this bad?
Never fails, they hardly put any meat. Only half of my tacos have meat the rest is filled with cheese and lettuce.
Drive through is great with little wait but going inside the lobby takes forever for your food to arrive.
All my tacos was soggy and falling apart !!!
I been ordering from here for a long time. Generally they are nice people but sometimes experience can get bad due to Unprofessional staff. food is what you pay for.
They did away with the shredded chicken and were out of chopped chicken when I went. Didn't help for someone who doesn't eat beef.
Honestly the staff isn't that bad, but food quality is sometimes questionable. Either they forget something on the order. The order is a mess/ripped. Freeze is completely melted when given. There's a few others, but to summarize the food can be 50/50 shot from being horrible to a good order. I do notice the orders in the afternoon/ evening are most of the time wrong or messed up.
Everything was made perfectly and they were really nice. I would return for sure.
Good vegan meal. Finding vegan fast food is definitely a plus.
Great Mexican-american restaurant, always a good choice for fast food.
