The woman taking orders and handing out the food at the drive-thru seemed to be either in a bad mood or didn't feel like working today. She wasn't even a little bit pleasant. I didn't get a receipt for my purchase. I wasn't asked if I wanted any sauce and the hard taco I got was very soggy on the bottom and broken quite a bit. The one I got the time before this was also soggy and broken.
Cashier is rude I come in to get a taco and she gets annoyed when I walk in and it gets worse at the counter cannot hear them at all behind the mask and when she was taking to he she was muffled and I could barely hear her talking she got more annoyed when I couldint hear her
Got 3 tacos and 2 piece chicken combo. Neither tasted as good as I remember. Is it me?
Going downhill. After the last experience, I am willing to drive further to go to a different one. Customer service is nonexistent. I understand that everybody is short staffed, but Jesus Christ… Next level rude.
Hit or miss. Last time through I asked about using Samsung pay because I forgot my wallet and they claimed they don't take it. I decided to come in and show them they did and they did not seem to appreciate me informing them that in the future they could tell people yes to that question.
Horrible customer service and often forget items. But food comes out in a reasonable time.

Food always fresh and good quality.
The chicken was soggy, and the biscuits were cooked just above dough. On a better note, the employees are very customer service oriented. Keep the employees, and fix the food!
