i went into tonight and the frozen yogurt was so good! so many options and it was very clean in there. we were greeted immediately by a girl i think her name is sofia. she was so sweet and polite and helped us with any questions we had. overall the staff is very patience and nice 10/10 costumer experience. will be coming back!
I come here often but I came in today (3-13) around 12ish and the lady working was extremely friendly. She didn’t stare at us doing our toppings like other employees do and she showed as if she truly wanted to be working. I wish I received her name but she deserves recognition, the store was clean my grandson enjoyed the Disney music and I am pleased with my overall expierence more then others.
Only fill your bowl 1/2 full so that you are have room for all of the different toppings available to you. There are about 12 different flavors of icecream to choose from. All items are mix and match to your liking...all items are sold by weight.
This was my first time there. Wow, I will definitely be visiting again. I ate my yogurt so fast I forgot to take a picture ??♀️. I had the New York Cheesecake flavor with the cheesecake bites, so delicious ?
I absolutely love this Sweet Frog off Jefferson Ave in Newport News. The staff is great, especially Sofia! She is sooo pleasant and professional. Makes sure I always feel welcomed when I came in and I just watched her handle a VERYY difficult customer situation with grace by herself. Management should definitely highlight her.

The selection is stupendous for both the flavors of frozen yogurt and the toppings. It was the best place to have frozen yogurt for the first time hands down!
