I asked for my 2 sandwiches toasted. They came out burnt. The older Indian lady said "it's good" I said "no ma'am, not for $19"They are very lucky I already paid. I would've said "forget it, don't remake"She kept trying to convince me that I should be ok with burnt sandwiches.The worse Subway experience and sandwiches ever!I will never come to this location again ?
The subway in Newmarket in Newport News Virginia is the slowest thus far . Terrible customer service .
I came here to order some sandwiches but I was told to wait because both workers were counting money I was like okay I can wait 3-5mins but I was waiting for much longer, than as I was leaving one of them said one minute as if I was going to wait any longer it shouldn’t take two people to put money in the cash register
I put off going to Subway's because I knew this was going to happen. They advertise all these great sandwiches and deals, but when u actually go there the counter person has no idea how to honor them or how to make a good sandwich. The older Indian lady could not honor the women that was before me requests to buy a gift card and get a free sub. She had to call the manager on the phone and still did not honor it. Secondly she made my sandwich so sloppy and did not know what my sandwich consisted of. I had to literally tell her what to add one by one and still charged me Xtra for a slice of cheese and a scoop of fresh meat from the new batch of meat. Not to mention the sandwich was Ice cold even though it was a sweet chicken teriyaki and was not even going to add sweet sauce until I reminded her to. There was too much wrong to mention here but I won't visit this Subway store again. I have been wanting to try Subway's for a while, they have a good menu but only in the pictures, but I had a feeling this was going to happen and they did not disappoint.
Nice sandwich. This time was made a real artist, he took his time and laid everything out perfectly.

We ordered online for a pick-up order, which we paid for online. I went inside and the guy was preparing my order. The order was for three foot longs; two were steak and cheese and the other was an Italian BMT The first steak & cheese was mayo, add bacon and avocado. The second was steak & cheese add avocado. I caught him putting mayo and the sandwich without bacon so he just moved the bacon. This would have been okay except he didn't put avocado on the second sandwich (I paid the $2 for it) but it wasn't on there. He was also rude AF! That order was $40! I won't be back!
Guy was rude to me and to his other employee. Will not come back again.
I ordered my food online, my order arrived differently than I ordered, you need to be careful when ordering, speed does not add quality only brings bad comments like this, I end up all in the trash, money wasted
