After a long day at work, I ordered a turkey, bacon, club wrap. I went home. What I received was awful. It was not a wrap, it was only folded over. It was dripping an orange sauce everywhere. It turned out to be hot sauce. There was no bacon. There was a bunch of stuff in it I didn't ask for or want. I didn't get a refund and was told it was what I had ordered. I wonder if the kids working there thought it was a good prank. A waste of my time and money.
My daughter and I went to this subway last night, about 7:30pm.The employee asked my daughter what she wanted, she told her. She began to make it. Meanwhile I called my husband to ask what kind of sub he wanted.The employee Ni began to make the sub. Then she asked my daughter like 3 times how many subs was she getting. My daughter answering her each time. So the last time I chimed in and said there will be 4 total. She must have saw the coupons in my daughters hand. So she then said “ you can’t use those coupons for all 4 subs”.The other employee proceeded to walk over there and stand next to her. So I said to her these are two separate transactions. She we have come here and used a coupon like this before and there was no problem. Two separate customers,two separate transactions. She was definitely displaying ATTITUDE!!! So now both employees are standing there talking to each other. So I asked was there a problem. They kept on talking like I wasn’t there. So I said Never mind & left. Their Customer Service is Lousy.I didn’t appreciate the way we were treated. And I will be contacting Corporate.
For the price, I should have had enough for lunch and dinner! What seemed like semi friendly service became increasingly irritated service as lunch business grew. The sub was mediocre overall, mostly due to the lack of flavor of most vegetables- which I had a lot of on my Italian BMT. I asked for light mayo and got extra. It needed more love and fresh ingredients - not more attitude and extra mayo.. 3 stars because of price, portion sizes, flavor and service. What happened to the five dollar sub of the month? Asking for a friend. BTW- I wanted the tuna sub but it didn't look fresh what so ever
Lazy staff. Messed my order up 3 times a I was correcting them while they were making it and scoffing at me as I corrected them. Id rather eat dry ramen noodles than have to deal with their poor customer service and lack of knowledge on how to make a sandwhich
Total disaster of a subway I ordered a curbside order from the parking lot. Waited for over 30 mins , no one ever brought my order out to me (I have small kids) so I had to go inside to find out what the holdup was. Never was greeted, I had to flag down a girl and ask where my order was since I've been waiting and was told oh we just finished but we don't have both pizzas ...u can cancel on doordash. I told her no I ordered through the subway site and that the only option I have is contact store so she needs to refund me or cancel the order she said she can't and I asked for a manager she walked off and another girl walks over with my bagged food says they can't do refunds. I ask why I'm being charged for food I don't get and she said I don't know and shrugs it off. Horrible! When I get home my subs are so soggy I can't even eat them. It looks like they just straight poured oil all over it and bread is a soggy mess. I will be in there first thing tomorrow demanding a refund. I called to let them know my subs are not edible and was told manager will be in tomorrow, when I asked for managers name the girl refused and said she can't give the name. You really need to have a manager working at all times because they have clueless kids working which seek to not know how to do a simple task.
I usually go to or order from this subway while I'm at work. Up until today, it's been a pretty good experience. When I go in I always tip the equal price of my order. But today was not so great. I went in for a tuna melt and was first asked if I knew there was a difference between a melt and a toasted. I specified that I wanted it pressed as they do their fresh melt sandwiches. It's easier for me to eat after I had work done on my jaw. The associate neglected to inform me that apparently at their location they don't press the sandwiches. (Although they gave it to me in a press bag.) And gave me a toasted sandwich on which she didn't even give me the correct amount of tomatoes. She only put 3. As someone who also works customer service, that experience was not ok. She seemed uninterested and wasn't informative. An $11 sandwich that was not what I wanted.
Ordered a foot long Tuna with extra Tuna, when I checked out the lady asked me what I ordered , and I told e a foot long Tuna with extra Tuna, and she asked me how many extra scoops and I told her that the other lady who took my order only put four scoops total on my sandwich, and then she said that is a regular Tuna, I was never asked if I wanted extra Tuna, and no one apologized for the lady who took my order, two thumbs down ? ?, terrible customer service.
It was really clean, well stocked, and pretty in here. Best subway I've been to in a while. Kinda off my beaten path.
I have ordered from the app several times from this location and I have never been disappointed. The food is always on time and correct. I am always greeted when I walk in.
This is the best Subway in our area of Newport News.
