Order online from this location multiple times and the order has been very wrong every time
I call because I didn't get my cookies from my order. The only thing the manager kept saying was ok ok. So i had 2 ask him how do I get a refund for not getting my order then he hung up on me and wouldn't answer the phone.They need to get rid of him because he is very unprofessional.
Okay, and convenient. Just a short walk from the Newport News Transit Center. However, they don't offer the full spread of Subway products. It's a limited menu.

The older gentleman (if you'd call him that) that works nights is argumentative and obstinate towards customers and takes significantly longer to prepare the food in comparison to the other worker there. His mannerisms can be further summarized as either disrespectful to the military or that he "knows better" because he retired out at a higher rank than the people he serves.
