Ordered an Iced brown sugar oat milk espresso, didn’t have any brown sugar in it…. Store wasn’t even busy. good thing I used my rewards too otherwise its a dull waste of money.
Customer Service was trash! Young girl was so distracted by her "visitors" that she mixed up their order which meant she gave someone else's away, then forgot about my order. No name asked at register, no receipt offered, no engagement when she finally remembered my order and placed it a foot in front of me. When I called her on it, she said she had "a lot going on". Seriously?! I'm standing here with eyes! An apology would have been better received so you could just enjoy your shift. Work ethic is out the window with so many these days.
I had class to that area ,and for lunch time desided to have a coffee from Starbucks , GPS or Google map bring me wrong place and after 45 minutes I asked someone and she asked me Google Dunkin donuts ,it besides. Almost half miles different
I visited starbucks in this location,I wonder how much is it the sale tax in Virginia?I got overcharged $13.5% sales tax.I think the sales in VA is around 6%.
Came to visit out of town family and service was always good! Orders came out fast and were correct. I love this location!

Starbucks is a decent coffeehouse, but who runs out of honey in the middle of the winter. Their is no excuse for this when you are paying Starbucks prices, which aren't cheap!
The food isn't great, but the 5 stars is for my cashier in the window. She was super sweet and patient, I'd come back just because she's so nice.
