TASTE:Barring the people-1. Creating their own symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast in their dirty apartment living room next to their half completed discography of Joni Mitchell on vinyl that they only started for attention.2. Who have/use pocket watches.3. Who deem oregano as a “natural alternative” to antiperspirant deodorant.we as an American Nation are all unanimously and yet unsatisfactorily onboard with the taste of Starbucks Coffee.Like it or leave.SERVICE:The people are repetitiously genuine and friendly, this is my #2 Starbucks in Newport News. Total sweethearts to the core.BUDGET:They’re doing $5 for 12oz bean water. You can’t keep living this way, my frappachicos and frappachicasRECOMMENDATIONS:Make your own coffeeTry water for a changeGet more sleep- we all know you aren’t getting enoughI give it a 3.71-H.T

Always ready and super nice

Purchased 2 pieces of banana but bread and 2 drinks ,simple straight off the board , only grande' and it was o er 20$

I go here a couple times a week in the morning and the service is fast and friendly. Thank you!

Smaller location but same chill, relaxing music vibe feel. Can't drink coffee anymore but the the coffee aroma is a pleasant smell.

A really great group of employees at this location.

I don’t know what’s going on. I know a lot of people are new . this used to be my favorite Starbucks but lately it seems like I get a lot of attitude. When my drink isn’t right. This morning I wasn’t the only one at least 3 other ladies drink was wrong . So disappointed…

It was nice. I liked the atmosphere, good music, quiet.

Its Starbucks what can I say... the lines are long, and the coffee is expensive.

I stopped coming here regularly when my drinks continuously weren’t made correctly or my payment method wasn’t done right. The baristas are so friendly at this location, that I do miss coming here every morning. But with the price increases, I don’t have the patience anymore when there are other local area coffee shops opening up again.
